Prince Harry hugged ex girlfriend Chelsy Davy at private party
Meghan, 38, went back to Canada shortly after the Commonwealth Day Service to rejoin with baby Archie, while Harry remained behind for a few more days to wrap up loose ends. According to The SUN, the Duke of Sussex, 35, then said his last farewell to his former Chelsy Davy during a going-away party thrown in his honor.
The Duke of Sussex remained in London for a few days, according to the Star. He reconnected with several of his closest pals during this period.
During that time, he ran across Chelsy, whom he dated from 2004 and 2011, while out with some old friends.
The long-term girlfriend and Harry kept in touch but chose to cut ties when Harry married Meghan, 38, in May 2018.
“Harry knew it would be impossible to see all his pals individually, so a few of them decided to organize a gathering before he returned to Canada. Harry was beaming when he walked into the room and everyone was there waiting for him. He couldn’t believe his eyes when he saw Chelsy. He gave her the biggest hug. He was thrilled she was there,”

“Spending time with people he cares about dearly reminded Harry of the good old days, when he didn’t have a care in the world.”
According to the insider, Harry just wanted to spend time with pals while avoiding confrontation with Meghan.
“He’s gotten in trouble with her before for drinking too much and staying out late, “Nothing happened between Harry and Chelsy and deep down Meghan trusts him,” the pal told New Idea magazine in Australia.
Despite the fact that observers saw some significant chemistry between the two, with Harry now married to Meghan Markle and Chelsy, 34, dating someone else, insiders doubt the former couple will ever reconcile.
Royal fans have reacted quickly to the rumored reuniting of the ex-lovers.
According to royal insiders, Harry intended to marry Chelsy but she did not like life in the spotlight.
However, royals expert Phil Dampier thinks Harry and Chelsy’s bond will endure.
The Sussexes, who have recently moved into their leased £14 million home on Vancouver Island, had been dissatisfied with their situation in the United Kingdom for some time.
Meanwhile, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle made headlines this week when it was claimed that the father of one snapped when he realized his wife will never be treated fairly in the United Kingdom, prompting them to leave the royal family.
According to US Weekly, “When it became clear Meghan was never going to get a fair shake, Harry snapped.
“He’s adamant that it was his call to move to Canada.”
