Meghan Markle and Prince Harry are allegedly planning to take time off following the birth of their second child to spend “proper time together.”

According to Vanity Fair, the couple both want to take a break after their daughter comes.

“They will both take some proper time off.”

“It will be the summer and they want to make sure they both take their leave so they have some real quality time together once the baby arrives.”

The announcement comes after the former actress announced she had miscarried a child.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex revealed their second child’s pregnancy on Valentine’s Day with an Instagram post. During their shocking appearance with Oprah Winfrey, the couple revealed they are expecting a baby girl.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex recently announced the sex of the baby in an interview with Oprah Winfrey.

To have a boy then a girl — what more can you ask for?” said a clearly pleased Prince Harry of Archie’s new sister.

Harry said that their daughter will be their last child.

“Having any child, any one or a two would have been amazing, but to have a boy and then a girl… now we’ve got our family and we’ve got four of us.”

Meghan has already begun to prepare lovely ways for her daughter to connect with her when she is born.

The new plans for a home delivery were originally revealed by Page Six, with a source stating of Meghan, “She has a beautiful home in California, it’s a beautiful setting to give birth to her baby girl.” Prior to Archie’s arrival in 2019, there were plans in the works for a birthing pool at Meghan and Harry’s residence in Windsor, Frogmore Cottage.

However, when the baby was a week late, they abandoned the idea in favor of a safer hospital delivery; Archie was delivered on May 6 at London’s Portland Hospital. Meghan’s labor with Archie was said to be quite easy, so they should have no trouble arranging a home delivery for their daughter.

Since stepping down as full-time working royals a year ago, Meghan and Harry have signed agreements with Netflix and Spotify to create audio and video content for these platforms.

The duke and duchess are currently residing in a $14.5 million (£10.6 million) house with a lot of superstars as neighbors.

They also established the Archewell Foundation, which has collaborated with other organizations on a number of initiatives, including providing assistance during humanitarian disasters, providing access to accessible mental health services, and creating a better online environment.
