Prince Andrew, the Duke of York, had a tumultuous relationship with actress Koo Stark before marrying Sarah Ferguson, the Duchess of York, according to an interview from 1986.

The affair was controversial not only because Andrew was already engaged to Ferguson, but also because Stark had a history of appearing in risqué films.

The couple first met on a blind date in 1982, after Andrew returned from serving in the Falklands War.

The British press eventually discovered that the pair had been on holiday together in the Caribbean, and that Stark had starred in several x rated films.

One of these films, Emily, included a now-infamous “n-k-d lesbin shower scene” that sparked disapproval from the royal family.

As a result of the media attention, Andrew was forced to end the relationship with Stark in 1983.

In an interview five years later, Stark spoke about the intense pressure and scrutiny she faced during the affair, saying it had been “a nightmare.”

After their split, Andrew went on to date a number of other women, including Katie Rabbit and Carolyn Herbert.

He eventually married Ferguson in 1986 at Westminster Abbey, with the approval of the royal family.

It is rumored that Princess Diana, the wife of Prince Charles, played a role in persuading the royal family to accept Ferguson as a suitable match for Andrew.

The Duke and Duchess of York’s marriage was not without its difficulties, however. In 1992, they announced their separation after spending a significant amount of time apart due to Andrew’s royal duties.

The following year, photographs emerged of Ferguson being kissed and embraced by her financial advisor, John Bryan, who was also seen sucking her toes.

The scandal was highly publicized, and the couple officially divorced in 1996.

Despite their divorce, Ferguson and Andrew remain close friends and even continue to share a residence. They have two daughters, Princesses Beatrice and Eugenie.

Eugenie recently married her long-time boyfriend, Jack Brooksbank, recently.

As for Stark, she has continued to work as a successful photographer. In 2002, she was diagnosed with breast cancer and underwent a mastectomy.

She was rumored to be appearing on the reality TV show “I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here!” in both 2007 and 2017, but these rumors turned out to be false. It is unclear what she is currently working on.

Who is Koo Stark?

Koo Stark is an American actress and photographer who was born in New York City in 1956.

She comes from a family of writers and entertainers and pursued a career in acting in the 1970s.

Stark was in talks to play the role of Leia Skywalker in the film Star Wars: A New Hope but the role ultimately went to Carrie Fisher. Stark also acted alongside Mark Hamill in the film, though her scenes were later cut.

After completing her education in New York and London, Stark landed a number of roles in films during the 1970s.

She was a talented actress and was in high demand for various projects. In addition to her acting career, Stark also understudied for stage productions.

This provided her with valuable experience and helped her to develop her skills as a performer.

Despite her success as an actress, Stark eventually turned her attention to photography. She has been passionate about photography for many years and has built up a successful career in the field.

Stark continues to work as a photographer to this day and has built a reputation for her unique style and artistic vision.

In February 1981, Stark met Prince Andrew at his 21st birthday party. The two were introduced by a mutual friend and it was said that the prince was immediately smitten with Stark.

He offered to drive her home that night and even invited her to “BP” for lunch the very next day, though Stark initially misunderstood his request.

“Initially I wondered why he was taking me to a petrol station–it took me a moment to realise he meant Buckingham Palace,” Stark wrote for the Mail on Sunday in 2015.

Their romance quickly blossomed and Stark was regularly invited to Buckingham Palace to see the prince.

She was welcomed into the royal family and was even invited to holiday at Balmoral with the royal family.

Lady Colin Campbell, who has written several royal biographies, claimed that the Queen was “much taken with the elegant, intelligent, and discreet Koo”.

Despite the initial excitement surrounding their relationship, the couple eventually parted ways. It is not clear why the relationship ended, but it is thought that the demands of royal life and Stark’s career in the entertainment industry made it difficult for the couple to spend time together.
