Meghan Markle has risen to become one of the world’s most influential individuals since announcing her engagement to Prince Harry in November 2017.

Xochytl Greer, 36, of Texas, underwent surgery four months ago to remove extra tummy fat and undergo a nose operation in order to look like the Duchess of Sussex.

Xochi Greer told ABC News’ “Nightline” months before her makeover was complete, “I think she’s a beautiful woman with beautiful features, and, as I’m changing the features that I have, yes, I want those features to more resemble Meghan.”

Around the time of the royal wedding, Greer began consulting with Houston-based surgeon Dr. Franklin Rose. She and Dr. Rose chose to focus on recreating Markle’s most striking features, and Markle’s social presence aided in her vision for the operation.

Rhinoplasty, liposuction on the stomach, inner and outer thighs, a bum lift, fillers beneath the eyes, lip filler, jawline filler, and Botox were all performed by surgeons. The lawyer now claims to feel — and appear — like a princess.

“See her pretty nose?” Greer said of Markle in an episode of “Suits.” “See how hers has that nice little turn, that nice little button and mine kind of is long and down? Mine’s like a sad nose, and hers is a happy nose.”

“Meghan also has a gorgeous strong jawline so I wanted to try and make my jawline a little stronger as well.”

Greer underwent $30,000 worth of surgery, according to ABC News, although she told INSIDER she got a discount from Dr. Rose for her television appearance (she didn’t say how much).

Greer also claims that her 23-month-old daughter Isla now screams “mommy, mommy” whenever she sees photographs of Meghan.

“When I look in the mirror, I’m happy again. I still see me, but a better version of me. I’m at the point where I feel I can put myself out there in the world again.”

“I had very big self-confidence issues, but now I feel I can put on a nice dress and don’t need to wear much makeup because I feel great,” Greer said.

Greer underwent plastic surgery in the hopes of transforming her life after being inspired by Markle’s beauty and success.

Greer, a single mother of three children, has been dealing with low self-esteem for the past two years.

Greer added, “I think I got exactly what I wanted out of it. The changes are subtle, yet just enough to give me that extra boost of confidence.”

She also claims that the cosmetic surgery has altered her perspective on life.

“The way I carry myself on a daily basis has changed — I like going out again, being in public and feeling good about myself.”

“When it comes to men, I have a very hard time talking to men in a non-friendship manner,” Greer said. “The plastic surgery just helps to give me more self-confidence on my outward appearance while I’m fixing my inward appearance privately through therapy and things. So, it’s just now kind of finishing off the entire package and giving me — making me a new ‘me.’”

Greer claims that she is frequently complimented on her resemblance to Markle.

“I take that as a huge amazing compliment because she’s a gorgeous woman. That has kind of helped inspire me and triggered how I knew what I wanted to do,” she said.

Greer first considered plastic surgery following the birth of her third child, when she saw that her body did not “bounce back” as she had hoped.

Greer debuted her new look at a High Tea event in Houston, when she felt more confident than ever.
