On Twitter, a candid snapshot of the Duchess of Sussex on a low-key shopping outing has surfaced. Meghan is seen shopping for groceries in a Whole Foods supermarket in Victoria, British Columbia, in this photo taken in January. The 39-year-old was living in Canada with her husband, Prince Harry, and their baby Archie at the time.

A Twitter user, according to Hello! magazine, shared the photograph of the 39-year-old. Meghan can be seen in the photo, dressed casually, filling up on necessities.

Meghan’s protection officer stands quietly behind her, and her arrival appears to have gone mostly undetected by her other shoppers.

Meghan is reported to have struck up a discussion with another mother, who was carrying her baby in the same sling as Meghan’s son Archie.

_mrswrigs, a Twitter user, shared the photo with the caption: “Meghan Markle spotted Jan 2020. This picture was snapped at the checkout line of Whole Foods in Victoria, BC.

“Meghan approached my friend who was carrying her baby in an Ergo baby carrier. Meghan said, ‘Your baby is adorable’ and ‘We have the same baby carrier’.

The 39-year-old was described as “super low key and down to earth,” and is claimed to have complemented the “adorable” infant of a fellow shopper.

The photo was taken before the Duke and Duchess of Sussex relocated to North America. From November until March, the pair stayed in Canada, where they announced their decision to stand down from royal responsibilities. Following that, the pair relocated to Los Angeles, where they stayed until early August before relocating to Santa Barbara.

“They have settled into the quiet privacy of their community since their arrival and hope that this will be respected for their neighbours, as well as for them as a family,” a spokesman for Harry and Meghan told HELLO!

“Aww such a nice and rare picture to wake up to!” said a fan page for the Duchess of Sussex on Instagram.

In related news, Prince Harry and Meghan paid tribute to Princess Diana on her 23rd death anniversary on Monday. According to Hello, they spent time gardening and growing flowers with a group of kids and instructors at the Preschool Learning Centre. Forget-Me-Not seeds were also used in the activity, which were allegedly a favorite of Harry’s late mother, Princess Diana. On its official Instagram account, the Assistance League of Los Angeles published photos from the day, showing the pair gardening while dressed casually and wearing face masks.
