It is reported that retired major Harry consented to record his shocking Oprah interview with Meghan Markle less than 24 hours after being warned he might lose his military honours.

His rage was believed to have been sparked when future king Charles told him that his son Archie couldn’t be a prince.

Captain General Royal Marines, Honorary Air Commandant of RAF Honington in Suffolk, and Commodore-in-Chief Small Ships and Diving, Royal Naval Command were among the titles that were dropped.

‘Harry and Meghan were very cross before Oprah because the final Megxit separation had just been signed off which included Harry not keeping military roles. That was what made him so angry. He’s very emotional and his military roles were very important to him given that he served,’ a source told the Sun.

Angry Harry and Meghan, who are currently living in Montecito, California, signed up for the Oprah interview the same weekend.

The interview, which aired on March 7, 2021, highlighted the royal firm’s maltreatment of Harry and Meghan, as well as allegations of racist remarks in the institution about the couple’s kid Archie and his potential titles.

They recorded with a US chat host a few days later, on Tuesday or Wednesday, only hours before Philip was sent to the hospital.

His military positions were withdrawn, according to Palace sources, because TV executives feared they would be used to promote his Netflix documentaries and US talk programs.

Prior to the announcement of the final ‘Megxit’ agreement in February, it was claimed that Prince Harry, who had twice visited Afghanistan with the Army, had shown an interest in keeping the titles, and he is believed to have approached the Queen about it in a half-in-half-out capacity.

He was taken aback when he learned that as a non-working royal, he was not permitted to wear military clothes when on royal duties. The Queen had everyone wear suits at Philip’s funeral in April to save Harry some shame.

The new claims follow yesterday’s revelation in The Mail on Sunday about Prince Charles’ plans to prevent his two-year-old grandson Archie from becoming a prince.

On July 1, Harry and his warring brother William will unveil mother Diana’s statue at Kensington Palace, reintroducing him to life in the capital.

In other news, Meghan and Harry just had their second child, a daughter.

Harry and Meghan’s second child, Lilibet ‘Lili’ Diana Mountbatten-Windsor, was born on June 4 in Santa Barbara.
