Lady Colin Campbell is notorious for her outspokenness when it comes to Meghan Markle, previously stating that the duchess should “be a lady, not a hustler.”

The 69-year-old author, who has written three books about the royal family, believes that the Duchess of Sussex, 39, ought to “change her act” from actress to royal.

“I have an awful feeling that Meghan needs to understand things that she doesn’t yet understand.,” Lady Colin said on Good Morning Britain.

“Like there’s a massive difference between being a celebrity hustling your way from the bottom to the top – and she was a very proud hustler, she used to use the word hustle for herself and her first husband very proudly – and being a lady or being a royal.

“You don’t hustle, the values, the embodiment is completely different.”

Kate Garraway, the show’s host, inquired about Meghan’s current status as a member of the royal family.

“I think the verdict is out at the moment. I’m rooting for Meghan,” Lady Colin replied .

“I hope that Meghan is going to do as she appeared in the very early days that she would be doing.

“I have to say, the ride has been rather rockier than one would have hoped.”

“She’s sorted, she’s got it,” the vocal Jamaican-born British writer added, “I think she needs to now embrace it and understand it’s a new game in town.”

“She’s an actress; she needs to come up with a new act.”

Meghan Markle is branded a “Royal Hustler” by Piers Morgan.

Piers Morgan, unsurprisingly, has got a lot to tell regarding the entire Prince Harry and Meghan Markle debacle.

He’s dubbed Markle a “Royal hustler” and alleged that she ditches people if she meets anyone “more important”.

“The Queen must FIRE Their Royal Hustlers: Deluded Meghan and Harry should be stripped of their titles before this pair of grasping, selfish, scheming Kardashian-wannabes bring down the Monarchy.” Morgan wrote, linking to his latest Daily Mail column about Harry and Meghan.

“Why don’t you come clean @piersmorgan,” Lord Alan Sugar responded, retweeting Morgan’s original message, “Tell your followers what you have against Meghan. Fact is she blew you out. You grovelled to take her to your pub once and since then she has not answered your grovelling calls. Had she acknowledged you it would be a different story. QED.”

Morgan retaliated by saying, “a) SHE asked to meet ME for a drink. b) I take people as I find them & Meghan’s someone who befriends people when they can help her but ditches them if she finds someone more important. Even you don’t do that & you’re a revolting human being.”

Morgan suggested that the Queen fire the ‘Royal hustlers’ after Harry and Meghan’s surprise declaration that they would ‘step back’ from their positions as senior members of the Royal Family to focus on their professions.

“We were friends for a while, or I thought we were,” he wrote in the Daily Mail about Meghan.

“She certainly told the world we were in publicly posted tweets (now deleted) before most people in Britain had ever heard of her, and while she was asking me in my local pub for media advice.

“But from the moment she met Prince Harry, I was discarded faster than a piece of chewing gum stuck to the bottom of her Louboutin heels.”

“If I were Her Majesty the Queen, I would unceremoniously strip Harry and Meghan of all their titles with immediate effect and despatch them back into civilian life.” Morgan continued.
