Prince Philip’s passing at the age of 99 has raised questions about his net worth and who would inherit his fortune.

Like his wife, Queen Elizabeth II, it is evident that the Duke of Edinburgh accumulated substantial wealth throughout his lifetime.

As the Queen’s husband, Philip received a royal allowance from the Sovereign Grant, an official expense account funded by British taxpayers, amounting to approximately $500,000 or £400,000 annually.

Although it is unclear if Philip continued to receive this allowance after retiring from official royal duties in 2017, he still had access to funds generated by a private portfolio of properties, land, and assets established by the Duchy of Lancaster in 1399.

Similarly, the Queen maintained a private income from the Duchy of Lancaster estate.

Additionally, the couple shared a portfolio of stocks and land inherited from the Queen’s family, including Balmoral Castle in Scotland and Sandringham Estate in England.

The question arises: Did the Harkles receive an inheritance from Prince Philip?

Following his demise, the Queen retained his assets, except for the $30 million he bequeathed to his staff.

However, did the Queen have the authority to decide if any money should pass on to the couple?

Was Prince Philip’s inheritance secured to prevent Meghan from accessing it?

The interest alone on the $30 million would have been sufficient for Harry to sustain himself for the rest of his life.

Contrary to popular belief, Harry has never been extravagant with his spending.

His frugality was evident even in his choice of footwear.

On the other hand, the grifter he married may have depleted every penny Harry ever possessed, as she has a penchant for lavish spending.

Regardless of the amount of money Harry may have had or will have in the future, it will never be enough for her.

Princess Anne was responsible for distributing Philip’s inheritance.

However, according to sources, the couple did not receive any money due to their unacceptable behavior towards the royal family.

Harry did not hesitate to sell all the gifts left by Philip before his demise in an attempt to please Meghan.

This action infuriated Prince Philip to the extent that it affected his health.

Consequently, he refused to see Harry from that point onwards, meaning Harry did not have the opportunity to see his grandfather from 2019 until his death in 2021.

Prince Philip possessed wisdom and quickly identified Meghan’s true nature.

Harry has crossed every boundary imaginable, leading neither Prince Philip nor the Queen to consider him in their final moments or wills.

They had four children, numerous grandchildren, and great-grandchildren who genuinely loved them.

It is likely that the royal family has taken measures to ensure that Harry and his questionable choices would not have access to the principal of his trust fund.

There is a strong possibility that he will never gain full control over it.

Prince Philip would not have left behind the cherished possessions after learning that Meghan compelled him to sell all the gifts he had received, as they held sentimental value for him.

Harry sold all the invaluable family heirlooms, which were not only beautiful historical presents from his grandpa but also held shared sentimental moments captured in pictures of Harry hunting with William and Charles using those very tools.

He could have kept them safe and untouched, given them to William, Charles, Anne, Edward, or even Andrew since they belonged to their father, or displayed them as a tribute.

However, he chose to sell them.

This action was undoubtedly a test of loyalty.

Harry should have informed his grandmother, the queen, about his wife’s refusal to let him keep the items, allowing her to find a suitable place to display them.
