Prince William’s late grandfather, Prince Philip, continues to bring a smile to his face.

During his recent visit to Northern Ireland, the 41-year-old Prince of Wales was regaled with amusing anecdotes about the Duke of Edinburgh, who passed away in April 2021 at the age of 99.

At the East Belfast Mission, an organization that offers support for the homeless, Prince William engaged in conversation with Reverend Brian Anderson.

The Reverend shared a comical story with the Prince, recounting how Prince Philip used his straightforwardness and colorful language to his advantage when persuading politicians and civil servants to provide funding for the very building they were visiting.

According to Hollow Magazine, the Reverend revealed that Prince Philip had boldly asked, “Why don’t you just give them the money?”
