He is taking legal action against Associated Newspapers Ltd. (ANL) for alleged illegal information collecting, a claim that the publisher disputes.
ANL is responsible for publishing the Daily Mail and Mail on Sunday, and it is currently facing lawsuits from several high-profile individuals.

In a witness statement, Prince Harry referred to journalists who employ tactics like phone-hacking as criminals.
Interestingly, his appearance in court coincided with King Charles III’s first official state visit abroad as the reigning monarch.
King Charles delivered a significant speech to the Bundestag in Germany, indicating that he was too busy for a reunion with his son, despite Harry’s initial return to the UK while his father was still there.
A royal author has suggested that this latest development in the family feud is indicative of a deeper rift and implies that the king believes reconciliation with his second son is unlikely.
Alexander Larman, author of “The Windsors at War,” shared his thoughts on the Duke’s visit in a recent episode of the Royalius podcast.
Larman stated, “It seems obvious to me that Harry has absolutely no interest in making amends with his family.
He now has a new life, an entirely different way of living.
It is quite unlikely that he will return to Britain and have a normal life there.
He is unable to return.”
The fact that none of Harry’s family members were able to see him while he was in Britain attending the High Court further supports this notion.
Allegedly, he attempted to meet with King Charles, but the king claimed to be too busy.
This unexpected turn of events during Harry’s visit to the High Court raised questions about whether he would have the opportunity to spend time with his family.
Prince Charles had canceled his planned trip to France, leading some to speculate that he might be available to welcome his son back home.
However, it was alleged that the Duke of Sussex would not be able to see either Charles or his brother, Prince William, as they were reportedly spending the Easter holidays away from home.
Christopher Anderson, an author who has written about the royal family, suggested that Harry’s strained relationship with Charles stems from the shocking allegations made in his book, “Spare.”
The portrayal of Charles’ wife, Camilla, as a villainous schemer in the memoir has left the king incensed.
Even if Harry desired reconciliation before the coronation, it is highly unlikely that he would receive a warm reception, according to experts.
Richard Fitzwilliams, a royal analyst, added, “Harry isn’t expected to visit any of his family.
The Sussexes and the royal family are deeply divided.
There are no plans for a meeting, and the king is not in London.
During the Easter break, William and Kate are traveling with their children.”
These statements echo the sentiments expressed by Ingrid Seward, another royal author, in an interview with the Mirror.
Seward highlighted that while any average father would expect to meet his son during a rare visit, Charles’ responsibilities as king leave little room for personal matters.
The cancellation of the official state visit to France further complicated the situation, as it was a politically delicate matter that Harry may not have considered postponing in his mind.
It is evident that both Harry and Charles have their own commitments and priorities, which may explain the lack of interaction during the visit.
