Prince Harry’s upcoming memoir, titled “Spare,” has raised concerns about the potential impact on his own titles, as well as those of Meghan Markle and their children.

According to royal biographer Tom Bauer, the book, set for release in January, promises to offer unfiltered honesty and hard-earned wisdom.

However, Bauer warns that this memoir could have serious consequences for the family’s remaining titles.

Speaking to The Sun, Bauer stated, “This book is really make or break.

I imagine that King Charles has been warned that any retaliation won’t be pretty.”

He further explained that while King Charles may not have many options, he could potentially withhold titles from his grandchildren, Archie and Lilibet.

In extreme circumstances, he might even consider revoking Harry and Meghan’s titles altogether.

Bauer added, “If it is as bad as I think it is, then Harry and Meghan have gone fully rogue.”

If King Charles III were to strip Harry and Meghan of their titles, he would not be the first monarch to take such action in recent years.

Queen Margaret II of Denmark recently removed royal titles from four of her grandchildren in an effort to streamline the Danish royal family.

This move sparked significant backlash within the family, with accusations of mistreatment.

Similarly, King Charles has been working towards streamlining the British royal family, reducing the number of members who perform official duties or receive public funds.

However, Harry’s decision to publish this memoir may complicate these efforts.

Scheduled for release on January 10, 2023, Harry’s memoir has already faced criticism for its title.

Biographer Angela Levin, who previously shadowed the Duke of Sussex during the writing of his biography in 2018, expressed her disapproval of the chosen title, “Spare.”

She questioned why Harry would focus on past grievances with the royal family and the king instead of embracing his new family.

In an interview with Sky News Australia, Levin remarked, “It’s a tragedy that he’s used that title.

Does he still feel like that, having left the royal family, found a woman he’s absolutely besotted by, got two children, an enormous house, all the freedom he wants?

What he’s doing is looking back and hanging on to it.”

She further criticized the title, stating that it diminishes Harry’s significance and portrays him as unwanted.

Levin also expressed her frustration with Harry’s decision to attack his parents while King Charles is grieving for his mother, calling it unkind.

The upcoming memoir is feared to contain personal attacks against the royal family, and reports suggest that Harry sought to make changes following the queen’s death in September, resulting in the delayed publication date.

As the release of Prince Harry’s memoir draws nearer, the potential fallout from its contents remains uncertain.

The impact on the family’s titles and the relationship between Harry and the royal household could be significant.

Only time will tell how this memoir will shape the future dynamics of the British royal family.
