Angelina Jolie was named the most beautiful woman in the world in 2007, not just for her stunning appearance but also for her “beautiful” humanitarian work with refugees, AIDS patients, orphans, and the Darfur tragedy. She has a porcelain complexion, pink cheeks, and perfect skin, so she doesn’t need layers of cosmetics to look gorgeous.

Angelina Jolie, as we all know, is a Goodwill UNHCR ambassador who participates in a variety of social activities. This photo was shot during her visit to a women’s rescue camp in the Democratic Republic of the Congo to raise awareness about war zone rape. Sexual assault was regularly utilized as a weapon by rebel groups in the region. She was joined by UK Foreign Secretary William Hague. She wore a pristine white blouse and beige trousers, and her hair was wrapped in a ponytail. Her face is totally makeup-free. If you’re seeking for a gorgeous woman without makeup, look no farther than Angelina Jolie.

Journalist accidentally headbutted Angelina Jolie on red carpet

One journalist has recalled a run-in with Ange he’d perhaps rather forget (Picture: Mike Marsland/WireImage)

Peter Overton recounted a funny story of one of the world’s most famous people being unintentionally headbutted on a red carpet.

The former 60 Minutes reporter and current Channel 9 news anchor, who just marked 30 years with the network, revealed the amusing stories on Fitzy and Wippa this morning.

On Tuesday’s episode of Nova, Peter told Fitzy and Wippa about the event, saying, ‘I remember Angelina Jolie, I interviewed her twice.’

‘Fantastic woman. She didn’t have the whole entourage around her.

‘We were at the Odeon Theatre in Leicester Square in London for the big premiere of one of her Tomb Raider movies and I was front and centre of the red carpet behind the rope.

‘The producer said, “When she comes through” – I’d interviewed her for a couple hours [before] – “give her a kiss”, I thought, I’m not giving her a kiss, [they insisted] “it’ll be a great moment!”‘

Overton told the radio hosts that he was first apprehensive but finally agreed to the producer’s idea.

“As she came by I went in to give her a kiss and I missed and headbutted her!” Overton recalled. “It was terrible. I can still feel our foreheads hitting.”

When asked if Angelina said anything about the incident, the Channel Nine journalist claimed he “said sorry,” but Angelina “moved on, never to be seen again.”

Overton informed Fitzy and Wippa that celebrity interviews were usually “the hardest” since many performers “have no other story to tell than the movie they’re making.”

He then singled out Die Hard actor Bruce Willis, calling him “very, very challenging”.

“I had great admiration for him and Demi Moore, his ex-wife, because it seems that they co-parent very well,” Overton said. Willis, on the other hand, was irritated by the remark.

“He said, ‘What would you know?’ He was really angry.”

The couple addressed Tom’s relationship with his ex-wife Nicole Kidman in a 2005 60 Minutes interview. Another blunder.

Overton mentioned to Cruise that he had taken an introductory Scientology course at the Church of Scientology’s Celebrity Center International before to the interview.

“I asked him why it was a condition of the interview and I think I spoke to him about his former wife Nicole Kidman,” Overton told Fitzy and Wippa. “It just didn’t go so well and he told me I’d crossed the line and to put my manners back in.

“Afterwards I said [to Cruise], ‘Well that was interesting,’ and he said, ‘It was’. He shook my hand then he got a bit agitated and then he shook my hand again.”
