Thousands of Trump supporters take part in boat parades
Thousands of determined Trump fans march in massive MAGA boat parades, including one near Mar-a-Lago, despite the sinking of five vessels in Texas and the capsize of another in Wisconsin.
On May 31, the “Official Jupiter Memorial Day Patriots Boat Parade” saw a large number of boats cruise over the Intracoastal canal.
Vessels decked with pro-Trump flags and banners, including those pushing him to run for office again in 2024, can be seen in videos and images from the scene.
According to reports, Donald Trump Jr. attended the procession as the Sunshine State staged celebrations to welcome the Commander-in-Chief for a second term.
Five boats sank during a Trump boat parade in Lake Travis, Texas, on Saturday, according to officials, after a rush of panic calls.

Lake Travis, a reservoir on the Colorado River, is notorious for its dangerous sailing conditions and has been the location of scores of watercraft tragedies throughout the years. There were no recorded injuries or deaths.
Video provided online by Daily Caller writer Stephanie Hamill and others shows hundreds of boats sailing down the parade route, flying flags with slogans such as “Trump 2020” and “No More Bulls—t.” Others flew US flags on their ships.
“Wow! I hear they have thousands and thousands of boats parading in Jupiter, despite the fact that they tried to cancel us,” Trump said.
“Everyone is having an incredible time. On this day, we especially appreciate everyone who served and fought for our great Country. I love you all!”
Keith Smith, who lives on the river in River Falls, Wisconsin, told WCCO that “the river was flooded with boats.” Boats of different sizes and shapes are available.
‘The waves were probably four to five footers pounding my boat into the dock.’
Patch reported that two distinct procession routes in Patchogue and Massapequa were scheduled to converge at the Robert Moses bridge. For those who do not possess a boat, boat charters were offered.
There is no official count of how many boats participated in the procession, but the Team Deplorable club that planned it predicted the “largest turnout ever.”
Those who went were instructed to follow both maritime legislation and social distancing protocols in order to prevent the transmission of the new coronavirus, according to the source.
A procession in South Carolina over the Fourth of July weekend was said to have shattered the global record, with an estimated 3,417 boats taking part.
Last September, up to 4,000 boats took part in the “Great American Boat Parade” on Lake Lanier in Georgia, according to officials.
However, Guinness World Records previously told Newsweek that they do not accept “politically motivated” gatherings for official records, which means neither of the pro-Trump gatherings could be classified as the greatest boat parade of all time.
“Guinness World Records is an apolitical organization, determined to protect the integrity of our records by remaining politically neutral,” a representative stated.
“Therefore, we do not accept record applications which we consider to be politically motivated or are looking to promote a political agenda.”
