The Real Reason Palace Buried Report on Meghan Markle’s Bullying Allegations
Buckingham Palace has decided not to proceed with an investigation into allegations of bullying made against Meghan Markle.
The palace’s motive behind burying the report seems to be maintaining a peaceful relationship with the Duke and Duchess of Sussex.
Last June, the palace had initiated an investigation into claims of bullying by its staff against Meghan, which she vehemently denied.
In an updated edition of his book Courtiers, Valentine Lowe, a Royal Correspondent for The Times, shed light on this matter.
According to Lowe, the palace had stated that it would not disclose the outcome of the investigation or share any lessons learned due to confidentiality concerns.

However, many people suspected that the real reason for burying the report was to avoid any potential conflicts with Harry and Meghan.
In June 2022, Buckingham Palace announced that it had conducted an investigation into how allegations of bullying were handled.
Nevertheless, the palace made it clear that the results of the investigation would not be made public in order to protect the privacy of those involved.
Palace officials emphasized that the details of the independent review were withheld to ensure the confidentiality of all participants.
As a result of this review, the palace’s HR policy underwent revisions, although the specific changes have not been disclosed.
When the allegations of bullying initially emerged, Meghan’s legal representatives categorically denied them.
A spokesperson for the Duchess referred to these allegations as yet another attack on her character.
Prince Harry also came to Meghan’s defense in his memoir, Spare, which was published earlier this year.
In the book, he confirmed that Meghan had consistently shown concern for the well-being of the staff.
She would check on patients and send thoughtful gestures such as food, flowers, and other items to those who were emotionally struggling.
Prince Harry also highlighted her acts of kindness, such as organizing tea parties, socializing ice cream parties, and even buying pizza and cookies.
