The Princess of Wales: The Future of the Royal Family Rests on Her Shoulders
The Princess of Wales holds an incredible position within the Royal Family, as stated by a former Royal Butler.
Paul Burrell, who worked closely with Princess Diana, believes that the future of the family relies heavily on Kate, and that everything is pinned up by her.
Following the late Queen’s passing, Kate’s title was changed to Princess of Wales after her husband, Prince William, was made Prince of Wales by his father, King Charles.
The last person to hold the Princess of Wales title was Diana, and Paul notes some similarities between the two women.
Speaking on behalf of Slingo, he expressed, “Kate is in such an incredible position because it all rests on her really.

The future rests on Kate, and that’s an enormous responsibility because if she decided that she didn’t want to be a part of her marriage any more than I think the Royal Family would collapse.
Everything is pinned up by Kate.
The future is underpinned by Catherine Middleton, and that’s incredible.”
Reflecting on his own experience, Paul recalls how the future seemed to be pinned on Diana Spencer, the future Queen, during his time.
Now, another Princess of Wales finds herself in a similar role, married to a Prince of Wales, and the future of the monarchy lies in her hands.
It is not an enviable position to be in.
Kate’s most recent royal engagement was on Monday, when she and other senior members of the royal family joined the King for his first Commonwealth Day service as monarch at Westminster Abbey.
During their arrival at the event, there were several sweet moments exchanged between the senior members, as they engaged in small talk before officially taking their seats.
However, body language expert Judy James believes that Kate and William revealed the most through their series of fun and happy gestures throughout the hour-long service.
According to James, “the Prince and Princess of Wales were spotted exchanging some grins that were bordering on the flirtatious during the service.
At one point, Kate leaned over to point to the place William should have been on his song sheet, and he replied with a rather sweet suppressed smile, followed by a small bounce on his heels to signal a moment of happiness.
Kate was also seen chatting to William during one of the musical numbers, and his grin in reply looked equally cheeky.”
The news of the Princess of Wales’ pivotal role within the Royal Family has sparked conversation among royal enthusiasts.
