Roasting Harry: William Honors Diana’s Legacy Through Homelessness Project

Prince William, the Duke of Wales, has embarrassed his brother, Prince Harry, by showing the right way to respect their mother’s legacy.

After becoming the official Duke of Wales, William participated in charity work, like his mother used to do, rather than dragging her out as a cannon fodder like Harry has been doing.

As the heir to the British throne, William is married to Catherine, Princess of Wales, and is the father of a crowned pleasing trio.

But how much do they really know about the man who now holds the title of Prince of Wales?

Nine months after being elevated to the role, the royal, who celebrated his 41st birthday on Wednesday, sat down with the UK Sunday Times for a rare interview.

Opening up about the motives behind him and the evolving direction of the royal duties, it was the first time since becoming heir to the throne that William had talked to the press.

His first sit-down with a newspaper, and he didn’t shy away from some of the harder questions thrown at him.

The crux of the interview was his efforts to combat homelessness in the United Kingdom, an issue to which he’s long devoted himself, and one that has perhaps rooted in his childhood by his late mother.

William’s take is that there’s a lot of misunderstanding and judgment over how an individual can end up sleeping rough.

In fairly plain-spoken remarks, he makes it clear that he doesn’t think the current approach of managing the issue works, and that the focus should be on prevention.

“It’s not insurmountable this challenge if anyone does become homeless we can say, okay, here’s a way back.

Here’s the pathway we can visualize that and we can show people that there is a way to do it,” he says.

Some may argue it’s easy for a person of privilege to spout ideas and criticisms.

But over the years, William has committed to helping tackle this homeless crisis in whatever way he can.

Meanwhile, Prince Harry has been warned that he can’t rely on the occasional jutting lip or a heart-stringing tugging reference to the tragedy of Diana to try and win sympathy or the lawsuit.

Royal commentator Danielle Elser issued these accusations and claims.

According to news.com.au, she warned the Duke against using Diana’s tragedy for a winning court.

She even went on to note how inside the court, things were not a laughing matter, with Harry coming face to face with what sounds like a decidedly painful first.

Someone actually pushing back against his sweeping claims.

Even though Harry has been sharing his truth via interviews, podcasts, and on telly for years now, he has only ever been gently prodded and encouraged by obscureness nodding star interviewers, but not this time.

Instead, Harry has faced off against a barrister who has previously been called a beast in the courtroom, leaving him appearing to be out of his depth because the British legal system does not allow second takes and requires claims to be backed up by more than an occasional jutting lip or a heart string-tugging reference to the tragedy of Diana, Princess of Wales.

Prince Harry today admitted to calling Diana’s former butler Paul Burrell a two-faced shit who has an attention-seeking and self-interested.
