Princess Kate Remains the Most Popular Royal, According to Express.co.uk Readers
Despite Princess Anne’s growing popularity in Britain, readers of Express.co.uk have not wavered in their choice for the most popular royal.
In a recent YouGov poll, Princess Anne surpassed Princess Kate as the most popular royal.
However, when it comes to Express.co.uk readers, Princess Kate remains their favorite member of the royal family.
A survey conducted between June 7 and 8, with 2,014 respondents, revealed that Princess Anne now holds the highest net favorability rating of plus 60.
Only 15% of Britons expressed an unfavorable opinion of the 72-year-old princess.

On the other hand, Princess Kate emerged in second place with a favorability score of plus 59, a five-point increase from April.
Interestingly, despite Princess Anne’s rising popularity, more than a third of Express.co.uk readers still choose Princess Kate as their favorite royal.
This makes her the most well-liked member of the family among the readers.
Express.co.uk held several polls from June 24 to June 27, including one asking readers to choose their favorite member of the royal family.
Out of the 4,291 votes cast, 37% (1,585 votes) went to Princess Kate.
The Princess Royal received significant support as well, securing second place with 16% (682 votes).
Prince William followed closely behind with 15% (639 votes), while Prince Edward surpassed the king, receiving 6% (278 votes).
Readers had the opportunity to discuss their favorite royals in the comments section of the post.
One user, known as King Cethelstan, stated that Princess Kate, Princess Anne, and Prince William are the clear favorites among the people, consistently ranking at the top.
Another user, World Watcher, felt that the king deserved more praise, citing his commitment to the country, the people, his humility, and his simple humanity and wit.
They declared King Charles Lull as their favorite royal.
In terms of other members of the royal family, Sophie, the Duchess of Edinburgh, received 5% (203 votes) of the vote, while 12% (unknown number of votes) chose 5-year-old Prince Louis as the most beloved royal child.
The Queen Camilla, Prince George, and Princess Charlotte each received less than 2% of the votes.
Additionally, 33 respondents were unsure, and 167 respondents (4%) selected “other” as their favorite royal.
Overall, Express.co.uk readers have shown their continued support for Princess Kate as their favorite member of the royal family.
Despite Princess Anne’s rise in popularity, Princess Kate’s charm and appeal have captured the hearts of many readers.
