Prince Harry’s return to the UK for the Platinum Jubilee has left him deeply unhappy, according to royal expert Neil Sean.

The renowned commentator suggests that Harry misses the grandeur and ceremonial aspects of his former life in the Royal Family.

Speaking to Fox News, Sean elaborated on how the pageantry and limelight of the Jubilee made Harry realize what he had left behind.

On Friday, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle made their only public appearance during the Platinum Jubilee, attending the Thanksgiving service at St. Paul’s Cathedral.

However, their return was met with audible boos, highlighting the chilly reception they received upon their first royal event since stepping back from their royal duties in 2020.

In contrast, Prince William and Kate Middleton were greeted with resounding cheers.

Having been present at the Jubilee event, Neil Sean observed firsthand the impact it had on Prince Harry.

He emphasized that Harry appeared visibly unhappy and discontented with his current situation.

Sean remarked that this experience served as a stark reminder of what Harry had relinquished, and suggested that he is aware of the sacrifices he has made.

Now, Harry and Meghan face a life filled with legal battles, media scrutiny, and failed TV deals upon their return to California.

Sean further revealed that Prince Harry’s decision to quickly reclaim the spotlight contradicts his previous statements about feeling trapped in his former life.

It seems that the allure of the limelight proved irresistible to him, as evident within the royal circle.

Additionally, Sean shared insights from a close source, disclosing that the Jubilee served as a wake-up call for Harry, particularly regarding his military background.

The prince has always been passionate about his military service, and the absence of the familiar uniform and medals likely had a profound impact on him.

During their time at St. Paul’s Cathedral, Harry and Meghan declined an invitation to a reception at Guildhall, choosing to skip the event.

In a separate video, Sean mentioned that Meghan felt somewhat validated by the boos they received, as it seemingly affirmed her decision to leave the UK.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex’s return to the UK for the Jubilee celebrations has been noticeably low-key thus far.

Royal aides took precautions to avoid any potential frosty interactions between Prince William and Prince Harry, given their strained relationship.

During the Commonwealth Day service in March 2020, the couples barely acknowledged each other.

Consequently, they were seated far apart from each other as well as from Prince Charles and the Duchess of Cornwall.

Following the Thanksgiving service, Harry and Meghan flew back to America, departing an hour before the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee celebration concluded.

Their presence during the festivities had been minimal, with the couple spending most of their time at Frogmore Cottage and hosting a relaxed party for their daughter Lilibet’s first birthday at Windsor Residence.

They did not attend the Platinum party and remained in Windsor, reportedly watching the concert with Queen Elizabeth II.

At 1:30 pm, an hour before the pageant began, Harry and Meghan drove to Farnborough Airport, starting their journey back to California.

This timing was hours before the Queen, who had valiantly overcome mobility issues, returned to Buckingham Palace to personally express her gratitude to the thousands of well-wishers in the crowd.

Accompanied by her son, Prince Charles, her grandson, Prince William, and her great-grandson, Prince George, the Queen’s appearance offered a glimpse into the future of the monarchy.

Although the Duke and Duchess of Sussex were not assigned any official roles during the Jubilee, an aide confirmed that they would not have a prominent role in the festivities.

Despite this, their absence did not go unnoticed, leaving many to speculate on their evolving relationship with the Royal Family.
