King Charles Rejects Meghan Hazard’s Request to Attend Eurovision Song Contest
In a surprising turn of events, King Charles has dismissed Meghan Hazard’s plea to be honored guests at the upcoming Eurovision Song Contest.
This decision comes amidst a tense situation in the NGN case, where Prince Harry has been providing questionable and unconvincing evidence as a witness.
Despite these distractions, the Eurovision Song Contest 2023 is set to proceed, with the BBC stepping in to broadcast the competition after Ukraine, last year’s winners, were unable to host.
A Royal employee expressed astonishment at the audacity of Harry and Meghan’s request for an official invitation from King Charles and Queen Camilla to attend the multi-event.
However, it was clear that King Charles would not entertain such a ludicrous demand, choosing to completely ignore the couple’s plea.

Instead, King Charles III and Queen Consort Camilla Parker-Bowles took center stage as they presented the staging for the Eurovision Song Contest 2023.
Looking towards the future, Prince William and Princess Catherine, who are next in line to the throne, are expected to be honored guests at the event.
The Royals were seen enjoying themselves, laughing and joking with Eurovision commentators Rylan and Scott Mills.
They also had the opportunity to meet presenters Hannah Waddingham and Julia Sanina, as well as the staff, creative team, and apprentices working tirelessly to prepare the arena for the world’s largest live music event.
During their visit, the Queen Consort took a moment to caution May Muller, the UK’s Eurovision hopeful, against ending up at the bottom of the rankings this year.
Charles and Camilla, who are busy preparing for their coronation, visited Liverpool to witness the unveiling of the stage for the musical spectacle, which will take place on May 13.
They had the chance to meet various members of the Eurovision presenting team, including Rylan Clark, Scott Mills, Hannah Waddingham, and Ukrainian singer Julia Sanina.
They also had a conversation with May, who will be representing the UK with her track “I Wrote a Song.”
Encouragement flowed from King Charles as he assured May that they would be closely watching her performance and cheering her on.
May, appreciative of the support, responded with gratitude, acknowledging the absence of pressure.
Camilla echoed these sentiments, emphasizing that there would be no “nul points” for May this year.
The visit also included a moment of surprise when former Game of Thrones actor Hannah expressed her disbelief at the presence of King Charles and Queen Consort Camilla, considering their upcoming coronation.
She thanked them sincerely and jokingly advised them to find a darkened room afterward to decompress and relax.
Camilla enthusiastically nodded in agreement, clearly understanding the need for some downtime.
Ahead of the finals at Liverpool’s Echo Arena next month, Their Majesties met with the hosts of Eurovision 2023, Julia Sanina and Hannah Waddingham.
They also had the opportunity to engage with commentators Rylan Clark and Scott Mills, as well as the UK representative May Muller.
During this encounter, the spectacular set for the contest was revealed.
Designed by Julio Himid, the set features an impressive 450 square meters of staging, 220 square meters of video screens, over 700 floor video tiles, and more than 1,500 meters of LED lights.
Tim Davie, the BBC Director General, expressed his honor at the presence of King Charles and Queen Consort, as they unveiled the magnificent staging for the Eurovision Song Contest programming.
This set will undoubtedly serve as the focal point for all the celebrations, illuminating both Liverpool and TV screens worldwide.
Martin Green CBE, Managing Director of Eurovision, echoed this sentiment, describing the collaboration between partners and the BBC as fantastic.
He emphasized the importance of capturing everyone’s imagination and bringing together audiences from across the world.
The highly anticipated Eurovision Song Contest will air from May 9 to May 13, 2023.
The first semi-final is scheduled for May 9, followed by the second semi-final on May 11.
The grand finale, the main event, will take place on May 13.
