Exposed: Sussexes’ Former Staff Speak Out Against Harry and Meghan’s Behavior

Former royal staffers who once worked closely with Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have broken their silence, shedding light on the couple’s alleged rude and lazy behavior.

A recent report reveals that these courtiers, who had firsthand experience with the Sussexes during their time as part of the monarchy, describe them as entitled, rude, lazy, delusional, and afraid of hard work.

While the term “grifters” was never used by the courtiers, it seems that the sentiment behind it resonates with the experiences they had with the couple.

According to Dan Wooten, a columnist for The Daily Mail, the Sussexes often found ways to shift blame onto others for what they perceived as a lack of success.

Members of the Sussex Survivors Club, as they are now referred to, regularly used words such as entitled, rude, lazy, delusional, and afraid of hard work when discussing Harry and Meghan’s tendency to avoid public service commitments that they felt did not benefit them personally.

One particular incident that stands out is when Meghan suggested she should be financially compensated for the hardships she faced during a royal tour in Fiji.

“I can’t believe I’m not getting paid for this,” she reportedly whinged, as shared by royal author Valentin Lowe, who has reliable sources within the palace.

Lowe further reveals that even before the couple got engaged, Meghan confidently told one of Harry’s advisors, “I think we both know I’m going to be one of your bosses soon.”

Buckingham Palace, wary of further conflicts with Harry and Meghan, chose to sweep under the carpet the complaints made against Meghan for bullying staff members.

Media reports suggest that the findings of the investigation into these allegations were kept private to avoid potential criticism.

It appears that Meghan may have believed her star status and marriage into the royal family gave her the right to mistreat palace staff.

However, one cannot earn respect through bullying, and Meghan’s reputation as a diva had already been established during her time as a C-list actress in the US drama Suits.

An anonymous director who worked with Meghan on a movie described her as the worst actress they had ever managed, citing her unreasonable demands that significantly exceeded the allocated budget.

Buckingham Palace initiated an investigation after reports surfaced of Meghan driving out two personal assistants and humiliating staff members while living at Kensington Palace with Prince Harry.

In June of last year, palace officials announced that the details of their independent review would not be released to protect the confidentiality of those involved.

Current and former palace staff were invited to share their experiences working with Meghan following allegations of bullying in 2021.

Reports indicate that the investigation into Harry and Meghan’s behavior towards their staff supports claims of mistreatment.

One staff member, who missed a call from Meghan, expressed fear and anxiety over the repercussions, stating, “I feel terrified, this is ridiculous, I can’t stop shaking.”

The anonymous staff member also revealed that they were subjected to hours-long phone calls filled with accusations and disappointment, with no respite day or night.

According to another source disclosed by Valentin Lowe, there were numerous individuals left emotionally shattered by the couple’s behavior, particularly young women who were broken down by their actions.

These revelations provide insight into the alleged toxic environment that existed within the Sussexes’ inner circle.

As more former staff members come forward with their accounts, it becomes increasingly apparent that Harry and Meghan’s treatment of their employees was far from exemplary.

The couple’s reputation continues to be tarnished by these revelations, raising questions about their commitment to public service and their ability to maintain healthy relationships within their professional lives.
