Elton Bans Sussexes from His Private Retirement Party, Invites Other Royals
Sir Elton John’s retirement party at Glastonbury 2023 has been hailed as the greatest in pop history.
The event was a joyous celebration, with banger after banger pounding out to the delight of the crowd.
However, it seems that not everyone was welcome at this star-studded affair.
Reports have emerged that Elton banned the Sussexes, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, from attending his private retirement party.
While other members of the royal family were invited, the couple did not receive an invitation.

Glastonbury was buzzing with excitement as fans and celebrities flocked to witness this historic event.

Princess Beatrice, daughter of the Duke of York, was also seen at Glastonbury, exchanging hugs with friends near the hospitality interstage area.
Dressed in a black top, skirt, and white adidas trainers, she seemed to be enjoying the festival’s final day.
Beatrice, who attended the festival last year as well, is no stranger to the Glastonbury experience.
However, it seems that not all members of the royal family were welcome at Elton’s retirement party.
Meghan and Harry, who have had a close relationship with the pop icon, were notably absent from the guest list.
The reason behind their exclusion remains unknown, but it has been speculated that a tense row between Harry and Elton may have played a role.
According to Harry’s book, “Spare,” tensions arose between him and Elton after the pop legend revealed that his memoir, “Me,” would be serialized in the Daily Mail.
