Emilia Clarke has appeared in a good number of bare scenes over her five years as Daenerys Targaryen on Game of Thrones.

While some would think about using a body double for the sequences, the English actress has admitted that she gets a boost of confidence from seeing her bare bottom on television.

She gushed, “It’s awesome. I don’t have a body double: that’s the size of my bottom and we’ve all seen it. I’m like, ‘F**k yeah, that’s my arse! ”

On Live! With Kelly, Emilia discussed another embarrassing moment. She told host Kelly Ripa: “My parents were like, ‘So we’re watching the show, but darling you’re not doing much this season.'”

She continued, “Well, watch tonight, watch that one. And I sat them down like ‘Let’s watch it!’, and instantly regretted it.”

And it seemed like the only thing her dad could think about was the fact that she was undressed.

It soon irritated the brunette beauty when she started receiving more offers for movie jobs that needed her to wear a birthday suit.

Recalling how she rejected an offer to play the lead role in erotic film Fifty Shades of Grey, she said: “For better or worse, people loved to talk about me being n-k-d. That’s the one thing that grinds my gears. It only happened in ‘Game of Thrones’ a couple of times because it was part of the plot. I don’t walk around n-k-d all of the time.

“I definitely wouldn’t say I won’t do nudity again because there’s loads in life. Being n-k-d is not something that defines me but at that point it was the only question that people asked.”

The actress wishes she could be more confident in her beauty like Beyoncé, despite being crowned Esquire magazine’s Sexiest Woman Alive for 2015 and modeling in only her underwear for the issue.

She told Time Out magazine: “It’s weird. When people say you’re the sexiest woman alive or whatever, you’re like ‘Yeah, but we don’t need to talk about it.’ It’s nice, but I wish so much that I could be like Beyoncé and go, ‘Damn straight, check out my booty.’ But I can’t because that’s not who I am.”

Clarke’s comments come hot on the heels of her push for more p£nises on TV. In April, the actress who plays the Mother of Dragons on the Emmy-winning series voiced her support to the “free the p£nis” movement and said she wanted to see more men exposed on TV.

“I feel like there’s a little bit of inequality with the amount of nudity that happens with women,” she said during an appearance on James Corden’s Late Late Show. “This woman in particular, and that happens with the other guys. I just think that should be even.” Abbi Jacobson and Ilana Glazer, two other guests, who are both stars of Broad City, praised her statements.

Watching Game Of Thrones with your parents is risky enough as it is – you never know when a warty penis will turn up. Or a brother and sister will start doing it next to their inbred kid’s cold, stiff corpse. Not to mention the language. We’ve heard the ‘C’ word more times than we’d like to mention. But imagine you were on it. N-k-d.

Poor ol’ Emilia…
