Elizabeth Olsen finds such scenes to be “incredibly awkward”.

She and her co-star Oscar Isaac created a safe environment before filming intimate scenes for their new movie In Secret.

According to contactmusic.com, the “In Secret” actress, who is dating 32-year-old model Boyd Holbrook, filmed love moments for the upcoming film in which they portray secret lovers in 1860s Paris.

‘’It’s incredibly awkward. But you have to feel safe and you have to feel respected and you just provide that for each other. You create a safe environment. It’s like a dance in a way. You get it done,” the actress said, according to eonline.com.

Along with Jessica Lang, the “Kill Your Darlings” actress had to wear corsets for the movie, but she didn’t find them to be as uncomfortable as she had anticipated.

”The corsets are kind of fun,”  she said. “The most uncomfortable thing is figuring out how to sit in between scenes. Jessica [Lange] and I would just prop up our legs on a table and just be like this huge hoop scoop reclined. It’s not that uncomfortable.”

On February 16, Elizabeth will turn 25; she has a very creative party planned.

She exclaimed, ”my friends and my boyfriend are throwing me a painting party! We’re painting.”

She added, ”I’m terrible. That’s why it sounds like fun.”

Olsen already has plans for her birthday, but Holbrook and she don’t yet have anything planned for Valentine’s Day the following week. She said, “No idea yet. Maybe museums or something.”

Olsen is now preparing for her part as the Scarlet Witch in the next Avenger sequel. She said, “[I’m] very excited. We’re doing prep work now. It’s a lot of fun and I think it’s going to be really exciting for the fans because it’s going to be something they are not expecting. That’s why I’m excited.”

In the 2013 film Oldboy, Olsen starred as Marie Sebastian, a volunteer nurse who meets Joe Doucett (Josh Brolin), who has just completed a 20-year sentence in solitary prison. Despite the fact that Joe is reasonably agitated and somewhat intimidating, he connects with Marie, and she decides to assist him in assimilating. The problem is that she will have to delve into the nasty mystery that has consumed him for the previous 20 years of his life in order to do that.

The 24-year-old actress has produced some gruesome films during her very short movie career, including “Silent House” and “Martha Marcy May Marlene.” But nothing could have prepared her for “Oldboy,” Spike Lee’s remake of the beloved 2003 Korean thriller.

According to Olsen, “When I read the script, I was so freaked out and disturbed and heartbroken. There’s no moral compass to the film.”

“It’s just a fun ride, and it will shock you.”
