Today marks the beginning of a new chapter in the lives of Crown Princess Seen of Jordan and Rajwa al-Saif as they embark on their journey as husband and wife.

The spotlight is on Rajwa’s stunning engagement ring, a magnificent pure-cut diamond designed by the renowned jewelry house, Harry Winston.

The couple is set to tie the knot later today at Zarin Palace in Amman, with the ceremony scheduled for 4 o’clock local time, equivalent to 2 o’clock in the United Kingdom.

Harry Winston, the American luxury jewelry company, known as the King of Diamonds, has built a reputation for providing some of the most exquisite white and colored diamonds worldwide.

Founded in the United States, the brand is synonymous with unparalleled craftsmanship and exceptional quality.

Rajwa’s engagement ring, shaped like a pier, showcases its unconventional tapered design and versatility.

It can be worn with the point facing up or down, allowing for different styles and expressions.

Traditionally, a pier-shaped stone is worn with the point facing away from the wearer, drawing attention to its unique feature.

However, modern royal customs have become more flexible, giving Rajwa the freedom to choose how and when she wears the ring.

The Gemological Institute of America has developed a diamond grading system, and Harry Winston is renowned for using diamonds with the brightest TE and color grades.

Their stones can be fashioned into various shapes, including the more traditional cushion or emerald cuts, as well as oval and pier configurations.

Harry Winston’s legacy includes designing the largest engagement ring ever created, presented to former First Lady Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis by Greek-Argentine businessman Aristotle Onassis.

This extraordinary diamond weighs a staggering 40.42 carats and is one of 18 stones cut from the Lysothoae diamond.

Since Hussein and Rajwa announced their engagement in August 2022, there has been a surge in demand for pier-shaped diamonds.

The world’s largest pier-shaped diamond, weighing an impressive 228.31 carats, was discovered, making it a truly once-in-a-lifetime find.

In 2018, this remarkable gem was sold at Christie’s Auction House in Geneva for a staggering price of 21 million – 681,000 Swiss francs, equivalent to approximately 19 million pounds.

In the official engagement images released by Rajwa and Hussein, the soon-to-be bride looked absolutely stunning.

She wore a vibrant floor-length skirt and a white blouse, both designed by Sara Rocha.

Completing her ensemble were a pair of blue Valentino slingback shoes, her pier-shaped Harry Winston engagement ring, and dazzling earrings previously owned by Queen Rainier, Hussein’s mother.

These captivating stud earrings are part of the magnificent collection from the Stephen Webster brand.

As Crown Princess Seen and Rajwa al-Saif begin their journey as husband and wife, their love story continues to captivate hearts around the world.

The elegance and beauty of Rajwa’s engagement ring symbolize the beginning of their union, while also highlighting the craftsmanship and artistry of Harry Winston.
