In a heartfelt speech, Queen Elizabeth II expressed her immense pride in her son, Prince Charles, and her grandson, Prince William, for their dedicated efforts in raising awareness about the climate crisis.

However, noticeably absent from her statement was any mention of Prince Harry.

The Queen also acknowledged her late husband, Prince Philip, for his lifelong commitment to fighting global warming, a cause that Charles and William have fervently taken up.

During the summit, the monarch commended her fellow heirs for their hard work, stating, “It is a source of great pride to me that the leading role my husband played in encouraging people to protect our fragile planet lives on through the work of our eldest son Charles and his eldest son William.

I could not be more proud of them.”

Meanwhile, Prince Harry has been vocal about the need for climate change action, most recently when he hosted Global Citizens Live in New York.

However, critics have pointed out the apparent contradiction between their advocacy and their own lifestyle choices.

Meghan Markle and Prince Harry have faced criticism for their use of private jets, which some argue contradicts their calls for sustainable living.

Royal commentator Robert Jobson, in an article for the Mirror, highlighted the couple’s use of 21 private jets for crucial visits over the past two years, while simultaneously lecturing others about the impact of climate change.

This controversy, along with Prince Harry’s withdrawal from royal duties and absence from COP26 in Scotland, may explain why the Queen did not mention him in her accolades.

The Queen emphasized the significance of holding the 26 Colombian pesos talks in Glasgow, as it was once the heartland of Britain’s industrial revolution.

She paid tribute to those who have embraced the challenge of addressing the climate crisis in their own lives, including young people.

Unfortunately, the Queen was unable to attend the climate talks in person due to doctors’ orders, but she delivered her message via a recorded video link from Windsor Castle.

Addressing world leaders, Her Majesty acknowledged the formidable challenges ahead but expressed hope in the power of collective action.

She stated, “None of us underestimates the challenges ahead.

But history has shown that when nations come together in common cause, there is always room for hope.

Working side by side, we have the ability to solve the most insurmountable problems and triumph over the greatest adversities.”

The Queen concluded her speech by urging world leaders to move from words to action.

She emphasized that the benefits of these actions may not be immediately enjoyed by the current generation but are essential for the future generations to come.

The monarch wished the leaders every success in their significant endeavor.

In other news, it was recently revealed that Queen Elizabeth II had been hospitalized but kept her stay a secret until it was reported by The Sun.

Boris Johnson, the Prime Minister, reassured the public that the Queen was in good spirits and following her doctors’ advice to rest.

He conveyed his well wishes during an interview with Channel 4 News, stating, “I spoke to Her Majesty, and she’s on very good form.

She’s just got to follow the advice of her doctors and get some rest, and I think that’s the important thing.

I think the whole country wishes her well.”

As the world faces the urgent need for action on climate change, the Queen’s message serves as a reminder of the importance of collective efforts and the responsibility we hold towards future generations.
