In a heartwarming moment at the Earthshot Prize Ceremony, Princess Kate, alongside her husband Prince William, greeted football legend David Beckham with a kiss and warm embrace.

The event took place at the MGM Music Hall in Boston, where the royal couple hosted the official ceremony.

Princess Kate, 40, showed her delight as she puckered up and planted a peck on Beckham’s cheek backstage.

The friendly interaction between the two friends of the firm was met with equal enthusiasm from Prince William, who made a surprise appearance at the awards show.

However, recent claims made by Tom Bower’s book, “Revenge, Meghan, Harry, and the War Between the Windsors,” suggest a rift between the Sussexes and the Beckhams.

Trending:

According to the book, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle had a heated phone call with David and Victoria Beckham.

The Beckhams were guests at the royal wedding but allegedly fell out with the Duke and Duchess of Sussex.

Bower’s book alleges that the Sussexes accused the Beckhams of leaking stories about them to the press.

The couple, reportedly addicted to reading about themselves in the media, became concerned that their secrets were being exposed through their famous friends.

Despite these claims, David Beckham’s appearance at the Earthshot Prize Ceremony with Kate and William indicates a continuing friendship.

This appearance adds to Beckham’s already packed schedule, as he has been jetting around the world in recent weeks.

In November, he attended several World Cup matches as an ambassador for Qatar.

Beckham even made a brief return to the UK to support his wife Victoria during her work Christmas party.

The couple was seen leaving the store in Mayfair, both wearing matching black outfits and looking serious.

At the Earthshot Prize Ceremony, Beckham presented the Build a Waste-Free World award to British-based start-up Knopla for its innovative seaweed-based recyclable packaging.

While Beckham’s appearance was a surprise, it was Princess Kate who stole the show with her stunning neon green dress from online designer Heijurr.

The event, touted as one of the most sustainable ever televised, distributed five awards, each worth £1 million.

As for the future of the Beckham-Sussex relationship, only time will tell.

Will Beckham shift his interest to William and Kate as allies?
