In a surprising turn of events, Prince William’s substantial private income has been unveiled through the annual report of the Duchy of Cornwall.

The report discloses that he received a staggering £6 million from his dukedom.

Following the passing of his grandmother, the late Queen Elizabeth II, and his father King Charles ascending the throne in September of last year, William inherited the estate and is now entitled to its surplus profits annually.

According to the report, the Duchy of Cornwall experienced a significant increase in profits, surpassing the previous financial year by £1 million.

Net profits for the 2022-2023 period amounted to approximately £24 million.

Of this surplus, King Charles is entitled to around £16.9 million, while Prince William will receive £18.9 million.

It is important to note that William spent only six months of the last financial year in his role as the Duke of Cornwall, as confirmed by Kensington Palace.

Since William acquired his title halfway through the financial year, he is not entitled to the full lump sum.

Otherwise, he would have inherited the entire £24 million profit.

The Prince of Wales is responsible for funding all of his expenses, including those related to his family, homes, office, and charities.

Additionally, he is spearheading a homelessness project, while Princess Catherine is focused on her early years project, both of which are thriving.

They say success is the best revenge, and it seems Meghan might be feeling the sting.

With rumors of Spotify deals falling through and potential setbacks with Netflix, she may face challenges affording replacements for her beloved Hermes plates.

In fact, there are whispers that Harry and Meghan want to co-monic with William and Catherine when the time comes.

Allegedly, Harry demanded to be made the future co-monic or co-Prince of Wales, but his request did not receive the reception he anticipated.

This disagreement led to the Sussexes’ decision to split from Kensington Palace and establish their own court.

Another rumor suggests that Harry not only desired a co-monic title but also wanted to share the Duchy of Cornwall’s money with William.

However, in about six to seven years, William will have earned more from the Duchy than the combined value of all of Harry and Meghan’s deals.

In fact, this year alone, his earnings are projected to surpass theirs.

Despite recent setbacks, Harry and Meghan remain hard at work on their Netflix project, following their departure from Spotify.

The couple has been vocal about their grievances with the royal family, as seen in the infamous Oprah Winfrey interview in 2021, their Netflix documentary series “Harry and Meghan,” and Harry’s intimate memoir, “Spare.”

Now, they are shifting their focus towards a new fictional series for Netflix, tentatively titled “Bad Manners,” which is said to be a prequel to Charles Dickens’ “Great Expectations.”

The show will delve into the life of Miss Havisham, exploring her experiences in a male-dominated world.

However, although Harry and Meghan have a contract with Netflix, the Dickens-inspired series has yet to be officially picked up by the streaming platform.

Therefore, its legitimacy remains uncertain, much like the possibility of Meghan becoming the face of Dior.

Additionally, there are reports suggesting that the couple is working on “Heart of Invictus,” a project based on the stories of athletes participating in the Invictus Games.

However, these reports should be taken with a grain of salt, given Meghan’s previous accusations of faking interviews for Spotify.

In conclusion, Prince William’s £6 million salary from the Duchy of Cornwall has caused quite a stir.
