Meghan Markle and Prince Harry have once again found themselves in the media spotlight as Backgrid, a photo agency, leaked the bill for their recent photoshoot in Santa Barbara.

The couple appeared to be playing the happy family scene, but Harry’s expression revealed a different story.

It seems that Meghan hired Backgrid to create a facade of happiness, but Harry was far from pleased.

This is not the first time Backgrid has exposed the couple’s staged photos.

They previously revealed that they rented a location to take fake pictures, attempting to portray normalcy after losing their Frogmore Cottage residence.

Despite their efforts to maintain a positive image, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex were recently spotted looking joyful during their first public outing since being evicted from Frogmore Cottage.

The couple was seen holding hands, smiling, and laughing as they exited an office building in Santa Barbara.

The purpose of their visit remains unknown, but the complex houses various businesses, including a karate studio, hair salon, pilates studio, and the Self-Inquiry Life Fellowship, which promotes higher yoga and Himalayan meditation.

Accompanying them was an unidentified man, presumably a member of their security detail.

The outing marked the couple’s first appearance since being asked to vacate Frogmore Cottage by King Charles III.

The cottage, which they had renovated and is a Crown Estate property, was their last connection to the UK.

However, just days after Harry heavily criticized his family in his book “Spare,” the King expelled them from Frogmore.

Despite their recent eviction and apparent setbacks in the entertainment industry, Meghan and Harry seemed to be in good spirits as they left the office building and headed towards their car.

Meghan opted for a casual look, wearing brown canvas shorts, a crisp white button-down shirt, flat sandals, a straw fedora, and large juxtaposed sunglasses.

Harry, on the other hand, sported blue trousers, a polo shirt, a baseball cap, and sunglasses.

The couple shared a joke and laughed together, seemingly unfazed by their recent eviction and challenges in their careers.

Buckingham Palace confirmed that the couple had finally vacated Frogmore just one day before their Santa Barbara outing.

In January, they were asked to remove any remaining possessions from the Grade II listed five-bedroom cottage near Windsor Castle.

While reports suggested that Harry’s eviction would also result in his demotion as a Councillor of State, some constitutional experts have cast doubt on these claims.

However, it is important to note that Harry no longer undertakes public duties as a working member of the Royal Family.

The eviction from Frogmore Cottage coincided with Spotify’s decision not to continue Meghan’s 13-episode podcast, Archetypes, which had debuted at number one on the streaming service’s rankings.

Spotify and the Sussexes’ audio production company, Archwell Audio, released a joint statement expressing mutual agreement to part ways, while praising the series they created together.

However, Bill Simmons, head of Spotify’s podcast innovation and monetization sector, criticized the couple on his own podcast, referring to them as “The Grifters.”

He even shared an intriguing story about a Zoom call he had with Harry to help him with podcast ideas.

Furthermore, Netflix has indicated that it is unlikely to renew its deal with the Sussexes after it expires in 2025.

This decision follows Spotify’s £1.8 million partnership with the couple.
