Witnesses claimed to have seen the couple arguing in public, with Markle even resorting to a dismissive hand gesture.
Details of the alleged interaction suggest that the argument was related to Catherine, Princess of Wales.
Harry had expressed his desire to catch up with Catherine during their time in the UK, as she now resided in Adelaide Cottage on the Windsor Estate, just down the lane from Frogmore Cottage where Harry and Meghan were staying.

However, Meghan strongly objected to Harry’s suggestion of meeting Catherine, dismissing it outright.

The plan included hugging an elderly woman and shedding tears, all for the cameras to capture a poignant image that could potentially earn them millions.
