Kate Middleton looked absolutely radiant as she stepped out for King Charles’ coronation, donning a beautiful floral headpiece.

However, eagle-eyed viewers may have noticed a deeper significance behind her choice of jewelry.

For this momentous occasion, Kate opted for a diamond necklace and pearl earrings.

These earrings were previously worn by the late Princess Diana and were gifted to her by manufacturer Collingwood before her wedding to Prince Charles in 1981.

The earrings feature a teardrop pearl set in a diamond-encrusted stud, and were cherished by Diana.

It’s worth noting that these precious pieces of jewelry never belonged to Meghan, and she will never have the opportunity to wear them.

Despite rumors suggesting that Meghan criticized Kate’s dress at the coronation ceremony, it seems that these claims stem from jealousy rather than truth.

Royal fans speculate that Catherine may have subtly thrown shade at Meghan, especially considering recent revelations about Catherine being given precedence over Meghan, which reportedly irritated her.

It’s all very fitting for a Duchess.

Meghan, who once claimed that she was forced to conform to certain fashion choices but secretly enjoyed them, is likely fuming somewhere.

We can only imagine the commotion happening behind closed doors.

Even though Meghan wore designs from the same manufacturer before joining the royal family in 2016, it appears that the Princess of Wales was given priority over Meghan due to her existing status as a customer.

Many of Meghan’s jewelry choices during her time as a royal have been criticized, suggesting that she lacks a sense of fashion.

Her pants often lack proper hemming, and her formal dresses don’t always fit her well.

Take, for instance, the ill-fitting Endeavour dress she wore, which didn’t even look good on the model.

Some believe that Meghan considers herself more of a trendsetter than Catherine because of her racial background, a characteristic she never identified with until she became involved with Harry.

Both Meghan and Catherine share a fondness for the designer E.R.D.

and Morley Glue.

However, Catherine, as the Duchess of Cambridge, received priority due to her position in the hierarchy of royal wives.

Meghan never seemed to consider that Catherine has more experience in royal life than she does, given that she was William’s on-off girlfriend for a decade before their marriage.

Just because one enters a new experience doesn’t mean they automatically know how to navigate it.

Meghan seemed to believe that her skin tone entitled her to anything she desired.

Additionally, fashion designers would naturally be more eager to dress the future Queen consort rather than the wife of the fifth in line to the throne.

The delicate pieces worn by Princess Diana made numerous appearances during her marriage, including during a tour of the U.S. in 1985 and at a gala dinner at the British Embassy, where she paired them with the iconic Revenge dress.

Kate debuted these earrings at the BAFTAs in 2019 when she was still the Duchess of Cambridge.

She recently wore them again at Royal Ascot in June 2022.

Alongside these earrings, Kate adorned the George VI festoon necklace, a gift from King George VI to his daughter, then Princess Elizabeth, ahead of her marriage.

This stunning necklace was created from 105 loose diamonds that were reserved at Gerrard for monarchs to use if they wished to make alterations to their jewelry.

The diamonds were stored in pouches marked with a “C” for crown.

The necklace, featuring rows of graduated stones suspended between two diamond triangles, was known to be the Queen’s preferred choice when she wasn’t wearing a tiara.

She was frequently seen wearing it throughout her reign.

Kate’s decision to wear this necklace was a heartfelt tribute to absent members of the Royal Family and perfectly complemented her regal attire.

But the meaningful touches didn’t stop there.

There were previous speculations about whether Kate would wear a tiara at all during the church ceremony, before the arrival of Queen Camilla.
