In a surprising revelation from his memoir, Spare, Prince Harry shared some heartwarming moments between his wife, Meghan Markle, and his brother, Prince William.

Despite the rumors of a rift between the couples, Harry recounted an occasion when Meghan charmed William with her unique approach to health.

During a dinner at their house, Prince William was suffering from a cold, sneezing and coughing.

Without hesitation, Meghan rushed upstairs to get him some of her homeopathic remedies, including oregano oil and turmeric.

Although Kate, William’s wife, announced to the table that he would never take such unconventional remedies, William seemed charmed and moved by Meghan’s gesture.

Meghan’s love for turmeric and alternative medicines is well known.

In a 2016 interview with The Chalkboard, she spoke about the unbelievable healing properties of turmeric.

As a California native, the Duchess of Sussex is a fan of alternative medicines and supplements to maintain her well-being.

She revealed that she takes various supplements daily, such as magnesium, B12 drops, a multivitamin, and ashwagandha.

However, Meghan also acknowledges the benefits of over-the-counter medicine.

When asked about her bathroom cabinet essentials, she mentioned tea tree oil, Nurofen, Band-Aids, Yoga Balm, and Honest Company’s Organic Healing Balm.

She believes in finding a balance between natural remedies and traditional medicine.

Apart from her homeopathic remedies, Meghan has a few favorite treatments to keep herself in top form.

She has been a longtime believer in acupuncture and cupping, which she credits for changing her life and helping her overcome debilitating migraines.

Additionally, she enjoys visiting wellness retreats, with her top spot being the detox retreat with spa treatments at Komo Shambhala in Bali.

Meghan also revealed that she sits in an infrared sauna once a week to sweat out toxins and avoids fast food, opting for green juice when she needs something quick and healthy.

It’s no wonder Meghan looks fabulous at 41 with such a dedicated wellness routine.

However, it seems that her unconventional health habits have not only charmed Prince William but also raised questions about her relationship with the royal family.

In his memoir, Harry mentioned that William believed the stories of Meghan being difficult and treating staff poorly.

This belief, coupled with other incidents, led to a strained relationship between the brothers.

Despite Meghan’s efforts to win over William, their relationship remains strained.

The Queen reportedly didn’t want Meghan at her deathbed, and there seems to be a lack of communication between Meghan, Harry, and the rest of the royal family.

The couple’s behavior, including their ventures into Spotify and attempts to secure brand deals, has raised eyebrows and fueled speculation about their intentions.

While Meghan may have charmed William with her homeopathic remedies, it seems that their relationship is far from perfect.

The dynamics within the royal family continue to evolve, and Meghan’s attempts to gain favor and recognition appear desperate and questionable.

Only time will tell how their relationship unfolds and if Meghan’s unconventional health habits will play a significant role in their interactions.
