Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s future in Hollywood has hit a roadblock after their lucrative £15 million deal with Spotify came to an end.

Royal commentator Alison Boschoff has shared her insights on what lies ahead for the couple, suggesting that they have been put on ice by the Hollywood elite when it comes to their career prospects.

Once aspiring to be a global humanitarian power couple, Harry and Meghan’s ambitions now seem less likely to materialize, with Boschoff noting that the Hollywood elites have frozen them out.

Meghan, who recently signed a management deal with Hollywood agent Harry Emmanuel of WME, is still actively pursuing creative and commercial opportunities.

However, Boschoff clarifies that this deal was a one-off for Meghan alone, not a joint effort with Harry, making it a significant achievement for her.

As for Prince Harry, Boschoff reveals that he may embark on a different project.

The Duke of Sussex is reportedly drawn back to philanthropy and campaigning, planning to shoot a documentary in Africa, following in his mother’s footsteps.

This project will see him traveling to the continent solo, indicating a shift in his focus and interests.

Boschoff acknowledges that, for the time being, the couple’s ambition to be a global humanitarian power couple seems to be on hold.

Last month, it was confirmed that Harry and Meghan’s £15 million deal with Spotify had come to an end after just over two years.

The decision was mutually agreed upon by the couple and the company, and a joint statement was issued to announce the news.

PR expert and CEO of GoUp, Edward Coram James, believes that this termination won’t necessarily harm the couple’s careers but might affect the value and nature of future deals they secure.

According to Coram James, the end of the Spotify deal doesn’t mean Harry and Meghan won’t secure future agreements.

However, these deals are likely to be of lower value and may revolve around the couple producing visual or audio content.

He emphasizes that the couple cannot afford another setback or cancellation, suggesting that their future deals need to be carefully chosen.

Despite the cancellation of their Spotify deal, Harry and Meghan have managed to secure multi-million pound contracts with Netflix and Penguin Random House.

These agreements demonstrate that the couple still holds significant appeal in the entertainment industry.

However, it remains to be seen what their next move will be and how their careers will evolve.
