In a surprising twist of events, it has been revealed that Meghan Markle, the Duchess of Sussex, had a unique approach to health and wellness that left Prince William and Princess Kate taken aback.

This revelation comes from Prince Harry’s memoir, Spare, where he shares personal anecdotes about his wife and brother.

According to the memoir, Meghan had always been infatuated with William, viewing him as the key to power and status.

In an attempt to seduce him, she resorted to unconventional methods, similar to those depicted in the book Spare.

However, her plan was thwarted when Kate discovered her true intentions.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex shared some sweet moments with William and Kate during a dinner at their house.

Harry recounted how Meghan charmed William with her unique approach to health.

When William was suffering from a cold, Meghan rushed upstairs to fetch him some of her homeopathic remedies, including oregano oil and turmeric.

Despite being charmed by her actions, Kate made it clear that she did not approve of such unconventional remedies.

Meghan’s love for alternative medicines and supplements is well-known.

In a 2016 interview with the Chalkboard, she expressed her admiration for turmeric, stating that it has unbelievable healing properties.

Hailing from California, Meghan has embraced various alternative treatments to maintain her well-being.

She regularly takes supplements such as magnesium, B12 drops, multivitamins, and ashwagandha.

However, Meghan does not completely disregard over-the-counter medicine.

When asked about her bathroom cabinet essentials, she mentioned tea-tree oil, Nurofen, band-aids, yoga balm, and Honest Company’s organic healing balm.

She also revealed her fondness for acupuncture and cupping, which she claims have helped her overcome debilitating migraines.

To further enhance her wellness routine, Meghan enjoys visiting wellness retreats.

Her favorite spot is the detox retreat with spa treatments at Como Shambali in Bali.

Additionally, she indulges in weekly sessions in an infrared sauna to eliminate toxins from her body.

She also avoids fast food and opts for green juice when she needs a quick and healthy snack.

Prince Harry’s memoir also sheds light on the awkward first meeting between William and Meghan.

As a fan of the TV show Suits, William was excited to meet Meghan.

However, things took an uncomfortable turn when Meghan greeted him with a hug, which he was not accustomed to.

According to Harry, William had expected Meghan to curtsy, but Harry had not advised her to do so as he thought it was unnecessary for a casual meeting.

This clash of cultural norms continued when Meghan met Kate during the same encounter.

Kate was also taken aback by Meghan’s affectionate greeting towards her husband.

In their Netflix docuseries, Harry and Meghan revealed that hugging as a greeting is not as common in the UK as it is in the United States, typically reserved for close friends or family.

Meghan Markle’s unorthodox approach to health and her cultural differences created some uncomfortable moments within the royal family.

Despite these differences, it is evident that Meghan’s dedication to her well-being is unwavering.

Whether her methods are embraced by the rest of the royal family remains to be seen, but there is no denying that Meghan’s commitment to alternative treatments has contributed to her radiant appearance and overall wellness.
