Meghan Markle bullying investigation results could be delayed till 2022
After three months, a report into bullying accusations against Meghan Markle is still being examined – and a report has been postponed until next year, according to reports.
The suggestion comes from The Times, which cites inside sources who believe the inquiry into the allegations against the Duchess of Sussex will not be included in The Royal Household’s forthcoming Sovereign Grant report.
The investigation was started in March of this year after the Duchess of Sussex was accused of harassing two palace employees while serving as a senior working royal in the British royal family.
At the time, the Palace said that it was “very concerned by the allegations” and that it would “not tolerate bullying and harassment”
According to the British news source, the inquiry is “ongoing” and may be included in next year’s report; otherwise, it may be handled discreetly inside the institution.

In October 2018, Jason Knauf, who worked in communications for both the Cambridges and the Sussexes, sent an official email outlining inappropriate behavior by the Duchess.
It is said to have been the catalyst for Prince William’s decision to separate his household from the Sussexes.
It further alleged that Meghan seemed to be “always having someone in her sights,” and Knauf said that he had received “report after report” from individuals who saw Meghan’s “unacceptable behavior” towards a member of staff.
According to The Daily Mail, Meghan’s team strongly rejects these allegations and has demanded to see any proof that supports them.
“We are disappointed to see this defamatory portrayal of The Duchess of Sussex given credence by a media outlet,” they added.
“It’s no coincidence that distorted several-year-old accusations aimed at undermining The Duchess are being briefed to the British media shortly before she and The Duke are due to speak openly and honestly about their experience of recent years.
“In a detailed legal letter of rebuttal to The Times, we have addressed these defamatory claims in full, including spurious allegations regarding the use of gifts loaned to The Duchess by The Crown.
“The Duchess is saddened by this latest attack on her character, particularly as someone who has been the target of bullying herself and is deeply committed to supporting those who have experienced pain and trauma.
“She is determined to continue her work building compassion around the world and will keep striving to set an example for doing what is right and doing what is good.”
Despite the denial, Buckingham Palace initiated a human resources inquiry into the incident.
A Palace spokesman said: “Our commitment to look into the circumstances around the allegations from former staff of the Duke and Duchess of Sussex is being taken forward but we will not be providing a public commentary on it.”
