Kristen Stewart Slept Her Way to Fame: Joan Rivers
Joan Rivers is notorious for her scathing criticism of celebrities, and she didn’t hold back when it came to Twilight star Kristen Stewart. According to Page Six, the Fashion Police star mercilessly lambasted the actress in her new memoir, Diary of a Mad Diva.
Rivers has attacked Stewart, stating that she has slept around with directors in order to achieve stardom.
“Many stars only do one thing well,” Rivers writes. “Of course the best one-trick pony is Kristen Stewart who got a whole career by being able to juggle directors’ balls.”
Rivers is, of course, referring to Stewart’s romance with director Rupert Sanders, and she goes on to say that Kristen “slept her way to fame.”
Whoa. That’s just too brutal, and Joan won’t be able to retract her statements! They’ll be in her book for the rest of her life! Joan brings out this major blunder just as Kristen is establishing herself as an actress.

Rivers not only slammed Stewart, but she also chastised other female celebrities’ risqué attire choices at public gatherings.
One passage in the book reads, “No one is allowed to dress up anymore during Award Season. The networks have new decency guidelines, which insist that no more breasts, buttocks or genitalia show. Luckily, because of celebrities like Pharrell and his stupid hat, we’ll still be able to see a—holes.”
Rivers also slammed the entertainment industry’s frequent usage of vampire themes, claiming that the world is done with them and that if she wants her life sucked out of her, she would rather spend time with Bethenny Frankel.
“They’re everywhere: movies, TV, museums. Enough already! If I want the life sucked out of me, I’ll spend a long weekend with Bethenny Frankel,” she penned.
Joan also had some harsh words to say about Paris Hilton.
“It’s all over the news that Angelina Jolie had a double mastectomy to prevent getting cancer. I think Paris Hilton should…step up to the plate and try to prevent STDs. It would be so easy for her. All she would have to do is have her knees fused together,” she continued in her book.
Rivers’ spat with Kim Kardashian has lasted for years, so don’t anticipate an apology for K-Stew, Paris Hilton, or Pharell anytime soon.
