According to reports, Prince William and Kate Middleton sent a present to baby Lilibet, and the Queen seen images of the child.

Lilibet ‘Lili’ Diana Mountbatten-Windsor was born on June 4, and her aunt and uncle, Kate Middleton and Prince William, are said to have already sent a gift. The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge were “informed about the birth and have sent Lilibet a gift,” according to a source who talked to Us Weekly.

After the news was revealed yesterday, William and Kate’s official Twitter account also tweeted a message. “We are all delighted by the happy news of the arrival of baby Lili. Congratulations to Harry, Meghan and Archie.”

According to a source at In Touch magazine, the monarch also got images of the newborn.

According to the insider: “The queen was one of the first people Harry and Meghan told about the birth and they’ve sent her photos.

“She has put the drama (from the interviews) aside.”

“It is with great joy that Prince Harry and Meghan, The Duke and Duchess of Sussex, welcome their daughter, Lilibet ‘Lili’ Diana Mountbatten-Windsor, to the world,” Meghan and Harry said on the Archewell website a few days after she was born. “Lili was born on Friday, June 4 at 11:40 a.m. in the trusted care of the doctors and staff at Santa Barbara Cottage Hospital in Santa Barbara, CA.”

This comes after Kate and William were recently left coping with discord caused by Harry and Meghan, who resigned their positions as senior working royals last year before throwing the monarchy into turmoil with their bombshell Oprah Winfrey interview.

In the weeks after, Harry has made further contentious statements about his family, as well as discussing a long-standing feud with his brother.

Later that month, when addressing to the press, William stated he had “plenty of [parenting] advice” for his younger brother, 36.

“I wish him all the best and hope the next few days they can settle down and enjoy having a newborn in their family and all the joys that come with that,” William said at the time. “[We’re] absolutely thrilled and looking forward to seeing them in the next few days as things quiet down. I’m very pleased and glad to welcome my brother to the sleep deprivation society that is parenting.”

The Queen’s childhood nickname was Lilibet, which she shared with her late husband Prince Philip during their decades-long marriage.

Harry and Meghan explained their daughter’s name when they announced it: “Lili is named after her great-grandmother, Her Majesty The Queen, whose family nickname is Lilibet.

“Her middle name, Diana, was chosen to honor her beloved late grandmother, The Princess of Wales.”

During a CBS tell-all interview in March, Archie’s parents revealed the sex of their second kid. They also talked about the former actress’ suicidal thoughts, family members’ “concerns” about their son’s racial tone, and more.

In March, a source exclusively told Us Weekly that “William and Kate were in total shock after hearing what Meghan and Harry said. What shocked them the most was Meghan’s suicidal thoughts and their quotes on a royal family member mentioning Archie’s skin color. William and Kate knew about some of their troubles with palace aides, but nothing to this extent.”

According to Gayle King, Harry and William have had “not productive,” interactions since then. Middleton, on the other hand, appears to be attempting to change that.

“The harsh truth – in my opinion – is that if Harry doesn’t get a grip and stop this self-indulgent episode, there will soon be no common ground or relationship to rebuild,” Middleton’s uncle, Gary Goldsmith, told Closer. “But if anyone can bring peace to the royals, Kate can. Kate is a brilliant arbiter and peacemaker.”

He said, “Every bone in her body is about making friends and doing the best she can… She’s trying to mediate.”

The child is the ninth in line to the throne of the United Kingdom.
