Threat of Defamation Looms Over Prince Harry and Meghan Markle
Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, are facing potential defamation charges from YouTuber Shalyn Lester.
In their documentary released last year, the couple claimed that the negative comments directed towards them were primarily from a select few accounts, with Lester’s image being used as an example.
However, Lester has now expressed her objection to the usage of her image in a recent video.
Lester, who has previously made videos discussing Harry and Meghan’s relationship, voiced her disapproval towards the couple, stating that people simply do not like them.
She further criticized Meghan, accusing her of being manipulative.

Lester suggested that if Meghan wanted to create content, she should focus on topics such as how to attract a wealthy partner or how to separate them from their family.
Although Lester did not provide any specific details about potential legal action, she did touch upon the recent Spotify controversy.
Reports have emerged claiming that much of the work on Markle’s now-defunct podcast, “archewell Audio,” was carried out by staff members, with her voice and questions being edited into the audio after the interviews had taken place.
Senior Spotify podcast executive Bill Simmons appeared to support these claims during a recent episode of his podcast, referring to both Meghan and Harry as “grifters.”
Jeremy Zimmer, CEO of United Talent Agency, one of Hollywood’s largest talent agencies, also commented on Markle’s podcast hosting abilities.
He stated that Meghan was not a great audio talent and questioned her overall talent as well.
Zimmer emphasized that fame does not necessarily equate to proficiency in a particular field.
As this news unfolds, it raises questions about the public perception of the Duke and Duchess of Sussex.
The potential defamation suit and the Spotify controversy add to the ongoing scrutiny surrounding the couple.
