The Duchess of Cambridge’s nanny, Maria Theresa Turrian Borallo, has been praised by the royal couple for her dedication and professionalism.

The Spanish Norland nanny has been working with the family since Prince George was just six months old and has been a part of their lives ever since.

She has been trusted with taking care of the children during special events, including the late Queen’s funeral and King Charles and Queen Camilla’s coronation.

Over the weekend, Maria was seen taking lots of photos of the Wales’ children, showing how much a part of the family she has become.

New photos show Maria candidly capturing photos on her phone of Kate and her three children as they wait to board their royal carriage ahead of the start of the Trooping the Colour spectacle.

While the 52-year-old remained behind the scenes for the remainder of the day, she still glammed up for King Charles’ big day.

Prince William and Kate have never spoken about their nanny and only confirmed that she was working for them in a brief statement released back in 2014, after she was pictured pushing Prince George’s pram around Hyde Park.

At the time, the couple confirmed Maria would join them on a royal tour to New Zealand and Australia before adding that they were delighted she had joined them.

In contrast, Meghan and Harry have gone through three nannies in the first six weeks of their son Archie’s life, according to a report by The Sun in June 2019.

This is yet more proof of how difficult the couple is to work for.

Royal biographers have clarified that the turnover was simply due to the couple wanting to find the right fit for their son.

The couple did not want their staff to live with them, and they found it difficult to settle on an alternative.

After Archie’s arrival, Harry and Meghan hired a nanny right to establish the sleeping pattern, but there was an incident on one of the very first nights that put the couple off from having a night nurse.

A second night nanny was hired to replace the first, but the couple had by then decided the arrangement did not work for them and she was let go.

The third nanny, who was hired as a daytime nanny to provide extra help, stayed with the Sussexes for quite some time until they moved to California.

It is not known if the couple currently employs a nanny in California, but it has been reported that Meghan’s mother, Doria Ragland, plays a big role in supporting the couple as they bring up Archie and Lily.

However, three nannies fired by Meghan have called her ‘Duchess Difficult.’

When news of Duchess difficult claims of bullying and staff turnover allegations first started leaking out, it’s interesting that Meghan’s mouthpiece, Omid, claimed that the number of nannies Harry and Meghan had gone through was because they needed to find the right fit so conscientious and didn’t want a formal live-in nanny so laid back, so hands-on, in a clear dig at William and Kate who have followed the traditional route with their gnorlet nanny.

Meghan and Harry’s parenting style has been criticized for being unpredictable and unstable, with experts noting that the children they’re photographed with do not seem secure around them.

In contrast, the Wales children are unquestionably attached to their parents, with Maria playing a hugely important role in providing stability and routine for the family.

In a week where everyone is claiming Harry and Meghan are grifters, the evidence of their difficult and eccentric behavior continues to mount.

It’s clear that William and Kate have a much more stable and loving home life for their children, despite being a royal family.

Maria’s dedication and professionalism have played a key role in providing this stability, and it’s a stark contrast to the chaos and drama that seems to surround Meghan and Harry.

In conclusion, the role of a nanny in a royal family is crucial, and Maria has been praised for her dedication and professionalism.
