The British Royal Family is set to continue their long-standing tradition of spending some of their summer months at Balmoral Castle in Scotland, and Princess Anne is expected to play a significant role this year.

According to a body language expert, she will be the glue that holds the family together during this bittersweet time following the late Queen’s death in September.

King Charles and Queen Camilla plan to continue Queen Elizabeth II’s tradition of bringing the Royal Family together at the Scotland residence.

However, it is likely to be an emotional time for the family, and they will need someone to maintain stability.

Body language expert Darren Stanton believes that Princess Anne will be the one to provide emotional stability for those who are feeling upset.

Stanton spoke to the media on behalf of Slingo, stating that the Queen’s immediate children would feel the loss most, as life in Balmoral with the Queen was all they knew.

He added that Princess Anne is a resilient person and will be a pillar of strength for her kin.

She shares the same stoicism as the late Queen, and her work ethic, sense of humour, and love of horses have cemented their close bond.

Princess Anne is often cited as the most active and hard-working royal due to the number of posts and appearances she makes on a regular basis.

The 72-year-old accompanied her mother’s coffin on the six-hour journey from Balmoral to Edinburgh, continuing to go above and beyond for the Queen.

While the Queen was in the habit of staying at Balmoral until October, the King is expected to make a much shorter trip before returning to public engagements.

Since the change of judgment, King Charles, 74, and Queen Camilla, 75, have continued to reside at Burckhall, their Jacobean home on the edge of the estate.

The King is likely to board Burckhall in July, and the grounds, gardens and galleries remain open to the public until August 16, meaning the royal family is unlikely to move into the castle until about another week after that.

A royal source said, “We are expecting the family to be there together in the summer.

But the diaries are still being sorted.”

Throughout her reign, Balmoral was known as the late Queen’s happy place, where she spent most of her summers.

The 50,000-acre estate is located in Aberdeen’s Dee Valley, where the family can be away from the public eye, exploring the outdoors and riding on the grounds.

Princess Eugenie, the Queen’s granddaughter, revealed in a documentary that the Queen is very happy at Balmoral.

She said, “I think she really loves heights.

It’s a great base for grandma and grandpa, for us to come and see them up there, where you just have room to breathe and run.”
