Prince Harry will return to US shortly after Prince Philip’s funeral
Prince Harry will return to the United States shortly after his grandfather Prince Philip’s death, since he does not want to be split from his pregnant partner, Meghan Markle, for a longer length of time, according to PageSix.
After the service on Saturday, the Duke of Sussex does not want to stay in the UK for long.
“He’s already really missing Meghan and Archie and has been FaceTiming them every day to check in,” a source told Us Weekly.
“He actually speaks to Meghan a few times a day because he worries [about] leaving her when she’s so far along in her pregnancy,” the source continued.
Meghan, who is expecting a girl this time, did not go to the UK with Harry after doctors told her not to.

Harry is reportedly quarantining at Frogmore Cottage, the Sussexes’ Windsor house, where his cousin Eugenie and her family reside. On Sunday, he arrived at Heathrow Airport in London on a scheduled British Airways flight.
The Duchess suffered a miscarriage in July of last year and is staying back due to health reasons.
The royal funeral provides an opportunity for William and Harry to reconcile.
On Saturday, Prince Philip’s funeral will be more than just a focal point for national mourning. Many people would be looking for signs of reconciliation between Prince Harry and the royal family, especially between him and his older brother, Prince William.
It would be Harry’s first encounter with the royal family after he and his wife Meghan, the Duchess of Sussex, retired from royal duties in March and relocated to California with their young son Archie.
Despite the tensions, the brothers’ mutual sorrow at another royal funeral more than two decades earlier would almost definitely be recalled at Saturday’s service, as they both walked behind their mother Princess Diana’s coffin as young boys in 1997.
On Saturday, Harry, 36, and William, 38, are set to walk behind their grandfather’s coffin with other senior royals as the funeral procession passes through Windsor Castle.
Many people agree that Philip’s funeral will be an excellent chance for “The Firm” to present a united front to the world and for the royal brothers to work out their differences. Philip, who was married to Queen Elizabeth II for over seven decades, passed away last week at the age of 99.
“They shared emotion. They share grief at the present time because of the death of their grandfather,” former Prime Minister John Major, who was appointed the princes’ guardian after Diana’s death, told the BBC this week. “I hope very much that it is possible to mend any rifts that may exist.”
