Meghan and Harry Shine at the 2022 Invictus Games: Meghan’s Expensive Wardrobe Raises Eyebrows

Meghan Markle once again made headlines for all the wrong reasons as she and Prince Harry took center stage at the 2022 Invictus Games in The Hague, Netherlands.

The event, founded by Prince Harry in 2014 to support wounded service members, holds a special place in the couple’s hearts.

However, it seems that Meghan’s wardrobe choices have caused quite a stir.

Five years ago, Meghan made her first public appearance with Prince Harry at the Games, sporting a memorable distressed denim and white button-up shirt ensemble by Paul Meechan.

Fast forward to the present, and Meghan is still making waves with her post-royal style at the same sporting event.

But this time, her fashion choices come with a hefty price tag.

According to Salene CEO, Savory Merle, Meghan rented clothes from various high-end brands including Salene, Aquisera, Cartier, Minoloblanc, Ralph Lauren, and Valentino, with a promise to return them.

However, it seems that Meghan had other plans.

Instead of returning the rented outfits, she decided to keep them, effectively wearing expensive but free ensembles.

It’s a cheap trick that has left many questioning Meghan’s integrity.

Reports suggest that Meghan’s wardrobe for the Invictus Games amounted to a staggering £38,000 for just three days.

And while some might argue that she wore these outfits to thank Prince Harry for something, this is not the first time she has used such tactics.

Back in 2018, during the Games in Sydney, Meghan also used a similar attention-grabbing strategy.

In a recent video promoting the upcoming Invictus Games in Dusseldorf, Meghan and Prince Harry were seen competing in a friendly game of table tennis.

The video, shared on social media, aimed to promote ticket sales for the opening and closing ceremonies.

However, it seems that Meghan’s appearance was more about being seen than supporting the athletes.

While the Invictus Games is undoubtedly a well-meaning event, it may not draw a large viewership.

And yet, Meghan seems determined to ensure that all eyes are on her.

She has yet to prove her ability to shift the focus away from herself and onto the athletes, which should be the true purpose of her attendance.

One cannot help but wonder why Meghan and Harry have not capitalized on their status as a billion-dollar brand to promote charitable causes.

Instead of using their platform to support American charities, profile Invictus athletes through podcasts, or write a book about the charities they work with, they seem to have squandered opportunities and diverted their attention elsewhere.

In a surprising turn of events, it has been reported that Meghan owes Netflix a staggering £540,000 for designer clothes purchased for the upcoming Invictus Games.

As a result, Netflix has edited her out of the program, leaving many questioning how she could justify stealing from wounded soldiers.

This incident has left a sour taste in the mouths of many retired military personnel.

Soldiers respect and honor their fellow servicemen and women, and this couple seems to have forgotten the meaning of these words.

It is clear that Meghan’s actions have caused significant disappointment and frustration among those who hold the Invictus Games close to their hearts.

If Meghan truly presented her bills for clothing to wear at the Games, it raises serious questions about her character.

Stealing from the poor and needy, especially when she was purportedly not even expected or invited, is a depraved act.

Perhaps she should consider returning to her previous life and embracing a career that paid cash and was far more lucrative.

At least then, her work would be honest.
