Royals from around the world recently gathered for the royal wedding of Crown Prince Hussein and Princess Rajwa of Jordan.

The Royal Hashemite Court released an instantly iconic group photo from the June 1st wedding, featuring the bride and groom with their distinguished guests.

The photo was taken before the evening banquet at Al-Husseiniyah Palace in Oman and uniquely united many of the world’s royals in one frame.

Crown Prince Hussein and Princess Rajwa stand front and center, while Kate Middleton and Prince William pose in the second row.

From left to right, the photo includes King Philippe of Belgium, Prince Guillaume of Luxembourg, the King and Queen of Malaysia, Crown Prince Haikon of Norway, Crown Prince Frederic and Crown Princess Mary of Denmark, Princess Hisako of Japan, the Sultan of Brunei, and Prince Mateen of Brunei, among others.

The guests wore their Jordan honours or their highest honour from home, such as Princess Kate’s blue sash for the Royal Victorian Order with her pink gown and Queen Mary’s lovers knot tiara.

The group stood in an arrangement similar to where they were seated at the Royal Wedding, with monarchs and their spouses towards the front followed by heirs.

However, a few wedding guests were missing from the picture.

Princess Beatrice’s husband, Adordo Maipelli Mozzi, was absent from the group photo, as were Princess Hisako’s daughter, Princess Zaguko, and Queen Jetsun Pema’s sister-in-law, Princess Euphelma.

The groom’s parents, King Abdullah and Queen Rainier, flanked the newlyweds, while the groom’s siblings were in the back row of the arrangement.

Princess Imane and her new husband, Jamil Thermiotis, stood on one side while Princess Salma and Prince Hashem appeared on the other.

The wedding was held at Zahran Palace in Oman, where Crown Prince Hussein’s parents wed in 1993.

The newlyweds then travelled to Al-Husayniya Palace in a grand red motorcade, where they celebrated their reception with 1,700 guests and later capped the evening with a smaller banquet.

The day after the wedding, Crown Prince Hussein celebrated his bride with a heartfelt post on Instagram.

The heir to Jordan’s throne shared the sweet message with a formal portrait where he stood beside Princess Rajwa, as the Royal Hashemite Court announced that she will now be known.

“God has blessed me with Rajwa, the light of my life and my lifelong companion,” he wrote.

“May our marriage bring us both peace and warmth.

I pray that God continues to bless us.

Once again, my deepest thanks to everyone who celebrated with us from our beloved Jordan, as well as our family and loved ones from around the world.

I could not be more thankful to God for the countless blessings he has granted me today, and to Rajwa for everything she is to me.”

The wedding was a grand affair, with many of the world’s royals coming together to celebrate the union of Crown Prince Hussein and Princess Rajwa.

The group photo captured the essence of this momentous occasion, with distinguished guests from around the world standing united in one frame.
