Charles III Still Regrets Divorce with Princess Diana
The marriage between Prince Charles and Princess Diana was one of the most talked-about relationships in history.
Even after years have passed, their story continues to captivate the public’s attention.
Although they were married for 15 years, their relationship was marred by issues, and it eventually led to a divorce.
Today, even as King Charles III, he still feels regret about how things ended with Diana.
Before their marriage, it seemed like they were being forced into it.

And after they got married, there were problems that arose, which eventually led to their separation.
In fact, they had already gone their separate ways four years before their divorce.
The signs were there all along, but they still went ahead with the marriage.
Many people believe that love is a requirement before getting married.
However, this isn’t always the case.
It’s not necessary to be in love with someone before marrying them.
It’s more important to love the person you marry.
Even if Charles and Diana weren’t in love before marriage, it didn’t mean they couldn’t nurture it once they were married.
Unfortunately, Charles was unable to get himself to love Diana after they got married.
He had someone else in his heart, Camilla, and indeed, his wish has been fulfilled, and he’s together with her today.
Despite being with the love of his life today, Charles still feels regret with the way things ended with Diana.
He regrets how the divorce happened and thinks it could have led to the tragic incident.
Perhaps he feels guilty, thinking things might’ve turned out differently if only he tried to love her.
It was just that he didn’t even try whatsoever.
He made no attempt to love his wife.
All of this was because someone else occupied his heart.
Charles never expressed any opinion or views on his relationship with Diana.
In their marriage, he never said much.
When problems began to arise, he said nothing.
After their divorce, he said nothing.
He chose to stay quiet, until today.
Reports say that Charles believes he didn’t do enough to save his marriage, and thus still carries that sense of failure with him till this day.
Even the public thinks the same way.
They believe Charles failed Diana, as well as their children, Harry and William.
It’s a burden that Charles carries with him, even as he continues to rule as King Charles III.
The regret he feels is something that he may never be able to shake off.
In conclusion, Charles III still regrets his divorce with Princess Diana.
He feels guilty about how things ended and wishes he had done more to save their marriage.
Even though he’s with the love of his life now, there’s still that knot in his heart.
