South Park creators, Trey Parker and Matt Stone, appeared on the Today show on June 16th to reveal the reason behind their decision to bring back the iconic Denver restaurant, Casa Bonita.
During the interview with NBC’s Harry Smith, the duo also mentioned the Canadian royalty around the 3-minute 2-time stamp, hinting that they might feature them in upcoming episodes.
In the interview, Smith revealed that his favorite recent episode was the one about the Canadian royalty, which broke through and got a lot of traction.
Stone responded by saying that every English person he knew was thanking him for the episode, as it was hilarious and spot-on.
He emphasized that their goal was not to make people angry or upset but to make them laugh.

Sources close to South Park creators have disclosed that the next episode might feature Cartman taking the prince to Casa Bonita, where they discover his wife, Megan, bussing tables at the restaurant.

However, Harry Smith reportedly tried to lobby MTV Entertainment studio Big Wigs, who produced the show, to get the episode blocked, showing that he only cares about his own free speech and not anyone else’s.
