Princess Charlotte’s Favorite Song Revealed: A Peek into the Musical Preferences of the Royal Children
Princess Charlotte, one of the three children of the Prince and Princess of Wales, has a firm favorite when it comes to music.
According to Prince William, his daughter enjoys dancing and dressing up to a specific vintage pop song.
The revelation came during his appearance on the Apple Fitness Plus podcast Time to Walk.
During the podcast, Prince William shared that their newborn son, Prince Louis, enjoys imitating Charlotte’s dancing.
It seems that the young princess has quite the influence on her little brother.

In 2021, William discussed various royal topics, including his three children, during his participation on the Time to Walk podcast.
When asked about their musical preferences, William gave us a glimpse into their playlist.
“The song ‘Waka Waka’ by Shakira is one that the kids are now into,” he said.
He also mentioned that there are plenty of hip movements happening and a lot of costume wear involved.
In particular, Charlotte can be seen pacing the kitchen in dresses, ballet attire, and other accessories.
And when Prince Louis tries to follow her lead, she goes absolutely mad.
William also revealed a playful sibling rivalry between George and Charlotte.
Apparently, the two had a disagreement over which tune should be played in the morning.
William humorously shared, “‘And I now have to prioritize so that someone else completes this task one day, and I take care of that task the next day.'”
It seems that music is in high demand in their household.
Reflecting on his children’s love for music, William expressed his amazement.
“What I’ve been amazed by is how much my children already have inherited my family’s love of music,” he said.
It seems that the passion for music runs in the royal blood.
The three children of the Prince and Princess of Wales are often shielded from public view.
However, Prince George and Princess Charlotte have recently made appearances alongside their parents on certain royal outings.
In March 2022, they attended the Duke of Edinburgh’s memorial ceremony at Westminster Abbey, marking their first significant ecclesiastical occasion.
In September, both George and Charlotte were present at the late Queen’s state burial.
Their impeccable behavior during the event earned them praise from royal enthusiasts and experts.
