On his 41st birthday, Prince William has been described as a “completely different person” by body language and behavioural expert Darren Stanton.

Over recent years, but particularly since taking on his new role as the Prince of Wales last September, the expert has analysed the prince’s behaviour and observed significant changes in his demeanour.

Stanton believes that William now appears more confident and has ditched his “fake smile”.

This change in behaviour is significant as it suggests that the prince has become more comfortable in his role within the Royal Family.

William has taken on a much larger role within the Royal Family since the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee in 2012.

He has also become a father to three children, which has given him a new sense of responsibility and purpose.

According to Stanton, this newfound confidence is reflected in the way that William interacts with others.

He is more willing to make eye contact and appears more relaxed in his body language.

This suggests that he is no longer trying to hide behind a façade of politeness and is more comfortable being himself.

Stanton also notes that William has become more assertive in his role as a public figure.
