Prince Harry and Meghan Markle to Celebrate Independence Day in the US
The United States is gearing up to celebrate its independence on July 4th, and it seems that the Duke and Duchess of Sussex have something special planned for the occasion.
Since their move to the United States in March 2020, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have embraced their new life across the pond, residing in Montecito, Santa Barbara, with their children Archie, 4, and Lilibet, 2.
As the Fourth of July approaches, thousands of celebrations will take place across the country to commemorate this significant event.
Last year, the couple was spotted enjoying the festivities in Wyoming’s Jackson Hole Valley.
According to reports, they also spent time with Meghan’s longtime friend Heather Durack.

It seems that Meghan, being a US citizen herself, has a deep appreciation for this national holiday.
In 2019, Meghan celebrated Independence Day in a different way.
She attended Wimbledon, where she watched Serena Williams in action alongside her best friends Genevieve Hillis and Lindsay Roth.
Little did she know that just a couple of days later, she would give birth to her son Archie, who was born on May 6th, 2019.
This outing took place shortly before Archie’s christening in the private chapel at Windsor Castle.
The year prior, in 2018, Prince Harry and Meghan were seen attending the Commonwealth Youth Reception at Marlborough House on the day following Independence Day.
This engagement came just weeks after their highly publicized wedding.
It is evident that the couple has a history of acknowledging this significant day in American history.
Since stepping down as working members of the Royal Family, Prince Harry and Meghan have embarked on new ventures in the United States.
They have taken on projects such as their own documentary series with Netflix and the controversial memoir by Prince Harry titled “Spare.”
With their focus on building their new life in America, it is highly likely that they will mark this momentous occasion with a special celebration.
Independence Day holds great significance for Americans as it commemorates the day when the Second Continental Congress adopted the Declaration of Independence, officially separating the colonies from Great Britain in 1776.
