Meghan Markle’s fashion troubles have been widely reported, with many fashion brands refusing to work with her.

However, sources close to the couple believe that their financial woes are causing more trouble in their marriage than they’re letting on.

With massive bills and shattered dreams of making it big in the US after leaving the royal family, the couple is struggling to keep up.

During a recent interview, Prince Harry downplayed the significance of their deals with Spotify and Netflix, saying that they were never part of the plan that was suggested by someone else.

He also implied that he was forced to sign the deals out of desperation, as his family had cut him off financially and he had to afford security for them.

This admission has horrified Spotify bosses, who feel that if Harry truly couldn’t afford the precious security, perhaps the couple shouldn’t have blown all that cash in a bloated sprawling property in Montecito.

The Sussexes are incurring expenses with staggering bills, and technically, they don’t even own the Montecito mansion.

Questions have been raised about how the couple could afford the property when Harry has stated in court documents that he didn’t have the finances to even pay for his own security.

The property was purchased by a residential real estate trust, which effectively makes the duo tenants who rent rooms.

The Sussexes’ office is heavily promoted as business use, and they pay for the use of other spaces.

Therefore, they could write off the expenses for business use, and the entity that purchased the property would be liable for repairs, renovations, and upkeep of the property, which could also be deducted as expenses.

However, it’s unclear whether the property was purchased under a trust for tax purposes, and whether it would be classified as a benefit in kind and liable for taxation.

Additionally, during a cut interview, Meghan admitted that they saw only the exterior of the house and decided they just had to buy it, without considering whether they could afford it or not.

The maintenance upkeep and groundskeeping alone for a building and property that size is probably $700,000, and they can’t even keep up with their own basic grooming.

It’s pretty certain they haven’t been doing necessary maintenance, so it’s deteriorating, and they won’t be able to sell it except at a fire sale price.

The couple is reportedly close to broke, especially since they aren’t getting the full $20 million from Spotify, plus the Netflix deal for 3-4 shows.

They’re bordering on bankruptcy, with reports suggesting that they don’t have all of the $100 million they were rumored to have.

In a shocking turn of events, the Russian oligarch who allowed the Duke and Duchess of Sussex to stay in his mansion in Montecito has died, and now his wife and children are trying to reclaim ownership of the house and want to evict the Sussexes.

With mounting financial pressures and potential eviction looming, it’s clear that Meghan Markle and Prince Harry are facing a difficult time in their marriage.
