She recently revealed another aspect of her life that had fans buzzing: she keeps her phone tucked in her bra.

In an interview with Billboard, the country music superstar shared that her tight clothes often lack pockets, leaving her no choice but to improvise.

While some may prefer to carry their phones in a handbag, Parton thinks it’s “handy” that she has a built-in place to bring hers along.

She also joked about it, saying, “My b–bs are ringing,” and added that she has “enough space to hold it.”

    Parton’s use of her bra as a makeshift handbag became even more popular after she starred in a T-Mobile commercial with her goddaughter Miley Cyrus.

    In the ad, she declares, “America’s got a serious problem, so I’m going to get it off my chest” before pulling out her phone from her bra.

    Parton loved the commercial’s concept and thought it was “a cute video.” She said, “We wanted it to sound like there was some major catastrophe going on that America needed to know about, and then we go into T-Mobile, and I pull the phone out.

    I think people will get a kick out of it.”

    Parton’s use of her bra did not just stop at the commercial.

    She reused the funny gag in her NBC holiday movie, Dolly Parton’s Mountain Magic Christmas, where she pulled out various things from her undergarment, like a pencil and a diary.

    She even made a joke about it, saying, “I know you folks thought I was chesty.

    I’m just carrying a lot of stuff in here!”

    Although Parton’s use of her bra as a storage space has amused many, it has also drawn concern from organizations that warned against the potential risks of carrying phones against the skin, especially the breasts.

    The Environmental Health Trust declared, “T-Mobile must remove this Super Bowl ad and inform women that cell phones should stay out of the bra.” However, the American Cancer Society notes that studies of people published so far have not established a clear link between cell phone use and the development of tumors.

    Nevertheless, it is still important to be cautious.

    Parton is not just known for her quirky personality; she is also an accomplished singer-songwriter and actress.

    She has written countless hits like “Jolene,” “I Will Always Love You,” and “9 to 5.” She has also starred in movies like Steel Magnolias and Joyful Noise.
