Royal Scandal: Meghan Markle Forces Prince Harry to Sell Precious Pearl Necklace
In a shocking revelation, a royal aide has spilled the beans about Meghan Markle’s alleged demand for Prince Harry to sell a precious pearl necklace gifted to her by the First Lady of Fiji.
However, the palace has kept tight-lipped about the incident, sealing any further information from being disclosed.
During their whirlwind royal tour of Australasia, the newlyweds, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, took the time to explore the wonders of Fiji.
Alongside their market visits and kava ceremonies, the couple had the privilege of meeting with the esteemed First Lady Siroti Konroti, who generously presented Meghan with a breathtaking pearl necklace.
Reports suggest that as part of the official welcome, First Lady Siroti Faga Konroti gifted Meghan an exquisite 18-inch pearl necklace adorned with 37 high-grade, naturally multicolored pearls.

These pearls, sourced from the renowned J Hunter Pearls, showcased a range of shimmering greens, magnificent bronzes, brilliant blues, and gunmetal greys.
The pearls, originating from the Savu Savu region, are considered one of the rarest in the world and are highly sought after by pearl connoisseurs globally.
Speaking to the Fiji Sun, Ms. Hunter, the pearl expert, explained that the necklace symbolized the Fijian government’s commitment to the 2017 United Nations Climate Change Conference, also known as COP23.
Its significance went beyond its visual appeal, making it a truly meaningful gift.
However, back at the residence, Meghan was reportedly informed by the royal staffers that she could not keep the necklace.
This news seemingly upset her, leading to speculation that she may have been planning to sell off their wedding jewelry gifts to support their financial stability following the controversial “Megxit” decision.
Unfortunately for Meghan, the late Queen had already banned her from accessing the royal jewelry collection, leaving her unable to wear this stunning necklace.
It is worth noting that gifts received during official visits, such as this one, belong to the British Royal Family rather than the individual receiving them.
Even wedding gifts cannot be easily sold unless they were specifically designated as personal gifts.
Therefore, Meghan’s desire to keep and potentially sell the necklace was in direct conflict with these protocols.
On a separate note, rumors have circulated that Meghan has been pushing Prince Harry to fund their family independently, suggesting that she is not averse to making him comply with her financial plans.
However, it is important to emphasize that Meghan herself will not be selling any of her personal belongings to support their lifestyle.
In an unfortunate turn of events, Prince Harry recently sold a handmade item he received as a gift from his grandfather, Prince Philip.
While there may be no objections to his decision to stop hunting, many argue that the item should have been returned to his grandfather or kept within the family by gifting it to a nephew or cousin.
